DDA applicant se request h ki Ratnesh bhai ❤ jitne bhi step bta rhe h follow krte rhe koi dikkat nhi ayegi. Last time mujhe kafi help mila. Based on my latest experience mai correct krta rhunga ratnesh bhai k point ko.
1. Single Challan generate krne s bhi koi dikkat nhi h. Mera koi problem nhi aya.

Will the DDA require my income certificate? The sanction letter will include my name. Does the DDA consider the co-applicant's details, or do they only focus on payment?

1. Can we generate 3-4 challans to pay from different banks?
2. For example, if the full money is in SBI, so after generating challan for Kotak Mahindra, I should visit Kotak Mahindra or SBI to send the money through NEFT to DDA? Kiske paas jana hai to send the money I am bit confused..
Pehle maine socha tha Kotak jana hoga..but now after seeing your video, I feel logically it should be SBI.. SBI will transfer it to Kotak I guess? Please correct me if I am wrong 🙏
