I don’t have this exact one but the design is really similar, i’m so glad i found this video. I have yet to try it but it’s such a specific and old clock i figured i would never find anything to fix it😂 So thanks for this video!
Well my Kundo was starting and stopping at random but so far so good it seems to be running smoothly now THANKS. It was driving me mad, I thought it was the batteries. BRILL.
I have a battery powered clock similar to this from the 80’s. It runs and chimes but the pendulum stopped rotating long ago. Is there a way to repair that?
Hi, I got this clock which is really pretty but seems to have some parts missing. I thought it might just need batteries but it looks like part of the electric motor is missing. I'd really appreciate any advice.
Thank you so much, not as nice as your one, but mine has great sentimental value, simply the contacts needed cleaning, now its up n running. Many thamks.
I found a similar clock at a goodwill but it was totally ruined because the battery acid ruined the battery system, it was also covered in cigarette burns and reeked of cigarette. I took it apart and cleaned it the best I could but it’s pretty much lost it’s value. I still like it tho and now I’m mainly using it for decoration
Thanks! I have a lesser model I got for a good price but the battery cover was so stuck, I needed to see someone open one first so I didn't feel as stupid if I broke it. 😂 Take care and keep it up, you helped someone today ✌
Followed your instructions it did start ticking but the pendulum won't keep spinning it will stop I have it level I hear a loud click once in a while is it sign that battery is low or is there something wrong with it
Followed your instructions......I have the exact clock put in a battery and it did start ticking but the pendulum wont keep spinning it stops and I hear a loud click once every so often does it mean battery is low or is something wrong with this clock

I have a video on my channel on how to replace the hair spring on a swinging pendulum clock
@@YourReviewChannelMan I went through your channel and didn’t see it, link perhaps? Thanks.

Ya, it's hard to find parts. Check eBay and look for parts and repair
@@YourReviewChannel I wish I could upload a photo but it doesn't work. Is there some way to do it?

Amazing Restoration 👍🏻👍🏽👍
Thanks 👍
How do you fix the pendulum if it fell off?
You might have to bring it to a clock maker. The pendulum is hold in by a specific piece of metal almost like a spring.
Thanks dude I hope it works for me mine is the same clock just in a difrent style case but I need a replacement for sandpaper

Yes, I understand. It needs to be serviced sounds like a bushing problem.
@@YourReviewChannel can you describe what is a bushing problem and is it worth alot to get it serviced
I replaced the battery, but the pendulum still wasn’t turning. I rotated the battery a few times and it works perfectly now!
I’m glad I helped
Great video, but my clock chimes at 10 till every hour instead of on the hour. How is that corrected? thanks
It’s difficult for me to say I’m not looking at it
Hi i bought a clock like this i did not buy a battery yet, the seller told i have to wind it, how to wind it? Hehe
I have a pretty old clock with a glass top and i dont ever recall it ever working. It was my fathers clock
Explain bushing problem? Clocks starts then after a minute pendulum stops. Help!
This Clock does not have bushings. It is a quartz clock with a spring movement
mine ticks but balls on the bottom do not spin and rub...feel like the spindle has too much play in it and does not connect on top
ideas?
Yes, Broken Spring. Needs repair
@@YourReviewChannel are these springs available for purchase? Ive a Kundo like this from 1976. Not sure I want to pay a repairman.
Thank you, it worked!
Glad it helped
How do you set the time??
Small wheel on the back near the battery
Lol! I did what you said and it worked! Yeah! Thanks:)
That’s awesome. Thank you for watching my video please don’t forget like share and subscribe.
I did the first thing that he said to do, and my clock immediately started to work.
