This is how businesses should accept their staff, not in the way I was treated at work when a hormone imbalance made me grow breasts and the male staff ridiculed meals the time mercilessly the only support I had was the receptionist, but she couldn't do anything about it as management was male, after the stress caused a cerebral haemorrhage I embraced the inner woman and fully transitioned now ten years later and never happier
It has begin a few years ago now that when I went for my current job as a Secretary an was interviewed by my now Boss i must say that he was very understanding all the way through the interview an also very impressed with the way that I presented myself as he said latter on if i hadn't of said that I was a TGirl at the time he never would have guessed until I reviled myself to him .He was also quite impressed with my qualifications which has called apron may a time over the years I have worked for him 💋👗👠
Oh, I wish how I wish companies were like this no judgment and accepting I am wondering if she came into the office to say more than thank you maybe legally changing her name and gender markers maybe beginning hormones and testosterone blockers and eventually some surgeries??? 🤔 Cindy I guess that’ll be in part two of the story if you decide to write that, and I hope you do because this is a fabulous story
