Last Chance King!

On the last day salmon fishing on the Columbia for 2018, I land a beautiful 35-inch king in a great fight between the barges. The fish hit the same spinner and flasher combo I used all season. This was the second fish caught during the final two days of the season I fished with my buddy Eric. Because the limit was one king, I fished alongside Eric for the rest of the day with the rod in the kayak. If we had been in a boat, we would have had two lines in the water and likely improved his chances. Unfortunately Eric didn't get a fish for two hard days of fishing. Although he did have a good time. Hopefully next season is better.
