I think stinger flynn is not in sir dadadoo's army because they both have mind related abilities. Sheriff toadster probably meet syringeon and hide. Slow seline is definitely not slow looking at various scenes she has appeared on so she probably dash away from him. Nab Nab and jumbo josh are probably not only physically strong but also mentally.

Fun fact: Garten of BanBan 5 is actually a PREQUEL, so it makes sense to continue down floors instead of the events that happened BEFORE this, so it also makes sense to promote 7 instead of 5 for story purposes.
