Green Lane Mission with the Boys

Fighting our way through some tough trails and having a good laugh along the way. This ride took place on some local green lanes as we set out on our dirt bikes for a good days riding with some top lads. once again my trusty Yamaha WR125R got me home in one piece! Full throttle, fool hardy and full hearted, a Saturday well spent!

Nice ride there, good video, good audio.
Do you mind, what's your audio setup? When I have mic in helmet, can't hear people talking around. In your case I can hear the people clearly. Are you using helmet microphone at all?

Thank you! I just use the gopro mic, no media mods or extra mics, and if people talking is a bit quite i boost the audio for that section in post production, my biggest peice of advice is to purchase a gopro foam wind protector, then go into gopro settings and make sure audio is set to stereo only, it cuts to mono to control wind noise by default which sounds terrible... with this foam wind protector over the gopro i can be riding on a windy day at 60mph on the roads and still talk and there is no wind noise! If you like to see the flashing light or the top of the screen so you know you are recording, i just trimmed away some foam untill i had good line of sight to the red flash so i could check at a glance whilst riding, hope this helps :)
