I’m always floored by your Monster High finds, damn! just a tip for Draculaura’s back bow : use a lighter to heat-seal the edges to prevent fraying. even if you mostly display your dolls, it literally takes a few seconds and the bow is protected. your commentary is very enjoyable, so I’m looking forward to hearing your opinions on G3.

ooo, these came out really great!! a classmate gave me a few dolls she just had on her that included frankie and draculaura, my restoration experience is pretty much limited to ponies so like the stuff you said about the hair is super helpful!!! nice find dude :))

Hell yeah!! I got my Dot Dead Gorgeous Spectra in Christmas of 2021, along with Scaris Rochelle, and Basic Twyla, and I got Invisibilly at the very beginning of 2022. My goal for this year is to get basic Spectra, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to find her

She doesn't have few of her accessories (one earring, belt, dairy, notebook, choker, and that ring? Or sth that) but I'm still happy she was my big dream

Quick question: do you have any tips on cleaning smells? I bought a lot of MH dolls on FB Marketplace and bamm i was hit in the face with an Indian Curry smell or similar? It's driving me crazy. Any specific cleaning 'de-funking' methods I could use? I would appreciate your wisdom. Thank you. :)
Aww Thank you ! Last time I dealt with smells it was crazy strong cigarette smoke 😅 I put the dolls in a plastic ziploc bag with 1/4 cup baking soda, and left them for at least a few days (the longer the better), and then clean as normal (soap shampoo etc) , that mostly helped! I can’t speak for sure to getting rid of spicy smells, but I’d try baking soda! (And any others who have tips feel free to comment!) :-) good luck! And thank you ❤️❤️❤️
You should make a video on gen3, I'd love to watch it!!;) Also I'm interested in hearing your opinion on using she/her for gen1/2 Frankie. Do you consider transphobic to do that? Or you are personally uncomfortable? It's a genuine question, obviously, no hate to you
Thank you I will likely make one soon! :-) And for me personally, I will be using they/them for all Frankies going forward (it’s just easier) ❤️but I don’t really care what other people do (it honestly doesn’t affect me) 🤷 Frankie is a fictional character at the end of the day so I’m not going to feel offended if someone refers to gen 1/2 as she/her; I might side eye a bit if someone REFUSES to use they/them pronouns for g3 Frankie but there’s like, bigger issues out there IMO 🤷😊

If it’s just dusty I lint roll them, if they are actually dirty / smelly , remove, hand wash by soaking in warm water and mild laundry detergent for a few hours, swirl, rinse, and hang to dry. DO NOT DO THIS if the clothing has any kind of metallic/foil/texture elements (Like Og Rochelle’s Skirt, or Zombie Shake Venus’s dress) it WILL damage the foil. If the clothes have foil textures I’d probably just lint roll them. If they’re super smelly (like came from a smoking house or something) you can seal the clothes in a plastic bag with some baking soda and that should absorb some of the smell without damaging the foil and stuff :-) Good luck!
The “velociraptor girl” is actually a harpy! I had that set as a kid and she came with winged arms, I loved her to death✨💜
