I dont think it would be out of charactet. It would actually be consistent with the plot that although he's a know-it-all, he hasnt figured everything in life yet. Ikjun surely knows Junwan and Iksun's relationship. There were a lot of signs given last season (i.e he told them "not to fight", always brings up Iksun in front of Junwan when Chihong is there etc.) and this clip feels like he was just teasing him.

Song-Hwa likes to secretly treats herself well. Other than buying a nice car, she likes to buying herself lavish camping sets and take camping trips alone. She has a coffee filter set too in her office! She enjoys making her own coffee every single morning. So far I noticed she didn't takeout coffee from the cafeteria, most of it is from treats from colleagues.
Seonghwa and her handsome car stole the spotlight!!! I can't stop laughing when ikjun just tore the wrapping plastic away and acted innocently after that lol

I love how the song choice is sort of their way of addressing the tone of this episode to the audience. The tone of the first episode was pretty melancholic and calm rather than cheery and upbeat. It was like they were the audience saying “Why is this episode so down compared to last season?” It felt like they were reassuring us that every episode this season wouldn’t be like this. It’s just that some dramatic stuff needed to be addressed.
And Ik Jun knows where to sit in the car. 😄😄

My heart broke for him but I just comforted myself by thinking, since they started him heartbroken, there will be more time for him to get his happy ending. Please, writer-nim! I think ikjun doesn’t really sure of does wintergarden is dating or not, but he is sure that something special happens between them, he doesn’t sure because he haven’t caughted them directly and it wasn’t long time since WG dating. I also sure ikjun know that bidulgi is iksun, but he just haven’t have a clear moment to cought junwan (as what jungwon did) and respect junwan choice (to hide his relationship from his friend) just as ikjun did to seokhyung confession, jungwon daddy long leg.
Jungwon’s might be the most sensitive, but ikjun’s the witties. Ikjun didn’t caught them directly, but his sense leads him to know what happens and he also a very caring people. Just like how he catch jungwon’s real feeling to gyeoul, chu minha feeling, etc, and not to mention his title ‘someone who knows and interest on everything’.
So in conclusion i love ikjun’s character so much, wish him all the happiness^^
