Hey guys, name is John, Rachael gets my parts for me here in Plymouth. I need a good vintage kart to restore and she keeps forgetting to ask you guys for me. I am not a groupie i am 59 retired mechanic and need a project worthy of restoration, can you guys help?
Sorry for you loss, guys. Adventure buddies are always special. As a matter of fact, all of you lot were headed off to college a bit back; an update, if you would. Always awesome!
Another great build, another great video!! Fun to see Ike, he's a total hoot! When you can, give us an update on Daniel. Soooo sorry about Buddy. Oh my God, I understand the pain. RIP Buddy. Hey, been watching you guys since 'day one'. I'm soooooo proud of you guys and your accomplishments. With all the foolishness going on in America these days, you all give me HOPE for the future!!! Keep on truckin' !!!!
Thank you so much, we can’t say how much we appreciate you sticking with us from the beginning! We have plenty in store and Daniel will be making a couple cameos in the not so distant future
A tip for holding valves closed. Place about two feet of 1/4" braided nylon rope inside the cylinder, then roll the piston up towards TDC till it stops. The rope inside the cylinder will hold the valves closed and not scratch up the inside of your cylinder. Leave a few inches outside the cylinder so you can remove it easily after you finish replacing valve springs. So Sorry for your loss, RIP Buddy.
It looks so good, and moves pretty well.Would you show building an exhaust support so bumpy areas don't snap the header off?Thnx. So sorry for the loss of Buddy. You guys gave him some great memories too.
It is a bit of a vintage go kart but I highly doubt it's a streaker,,someone probably put the streaker steering wheel on it at some point, looks to be a "Clark" brand go kart to me,,if it still had the aluminum square shaped pedals on it that would be a dead give away its a Clark brand,,and I've seen a ton a streaker as I live only 2 hours away from were the Ken bar"manufaturing plant used to build them in north georgia,,I know it can be hard identifying older go karts for sure it's a hobby of mine,,nice rebuild job 👍
Great video! Was any clearancing required to install the rod? I've seen some people need to do it before on the 224. (Nvm I see now that it's a 212 with a red flywheel cover)
Watched both of your videos on this kart and really enjoyed them both. What would be really cool would be to do a video on stretching the frame. Just sayin......Keep um coming.....
I guess my question is, you put all that extra money into the stock 212. Why didn't you just buy a ghost an call it a day? Already comes with all that stuff you added
Hitchhikers are bad this time of year!
You’re telling me, he didn’t even wash his hands before shaking mine 😳
Love both Shows.... Huge fan of Ike!!!

So sorry for the loss of Buddy!! Well done on the build!
That last scene with the train is really great! I bet y'all were happy to capture that.
Great crosspromotion with some stellar acting. Well done! Light a match!

Same thing I was thinking about that cameo. Thought I was having a stroke

Wasn’t expecting that 😩😂😂😂
Sorry about your puppy brother. They really are man’s best friend and can be so pure. Wish they could stay forever
Yes you can hear it just wanting to keep pulling. Will definitely go crazy in the dirt.
You are a very good UA-camr.

Cool little cart, nice build.

Sorry for your loss guys,he was a good boy!
Casually watching youtube and once you're driving around I realize.... holy crap, you guys are less than a mile from my house. I live on Fisher Rd.

The light in his life was actually a fire burning all around him.
Should extend the body of the cart so your knees aren’t bent so much. Would be a fun video
please do a front brake kit next
very underrated
This thing seem hell fast😮
Pretty gnarly 👍
Car and camera i like them
RIP Buddy
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
Me and my cousin are working on a gokart for him, it has the one wheel drive with a ungovern 5hp Flathead and runs almost 40
How satisfied are you with the band brake?
Nice upgrades for any go karts! How's Danny doing?
He’s doing great, we might have him back on the channel soon….
Dropped a sub. Currently working on building a gokart myself
would the valve lash be the same no matter the springs?
Was the stock rod Cast aluminum because it looked stock billet to me?
Rest peacefully Buddy.
If you want to race it on an oval track you want a one wheel peel for cornering.
He fumbled in the darkness looking for the light switch, but when he finally found it there was someone already there.
Used the stock camshaft? So most of the gain was due to the flywheel?
The aftermarket billet wheels have a bit more timing I believe. 8 degrees more advancement from what I’ve heard.
RIP buddy. Us, as humans, don’t deserve dogs. But I’m glad we have them.
You sure are right about that!
i wonder how much it cost them in total to do all, got to be quite a lot right?
i have the same engine without all the upgrades and i got my kart to go 37 mph by just reaching back and pulling the throttle level
I live in North Carolina
gday guys
Howdy!
what motor does it have and how much mph and ps
How does my stock predator 212 with gov delete reach 47? I’m very light so I guess that’s why
You went 47 with no governor and the stock flywheel? Your lucky that thing didn't explode
I guess my question is, you put all that extra money into the stock 212. Why didn't you just buy a ghost an call it a day? Already comes with all that stuff you added
How many HP , RPM ?

Now you should 5.9 swap it
Next time upgrading, torque converter and disc brakes...
3:09 he didn’t wash his hands

Sorry about Buddy. Put a real break on that cart at that speed.
