Place some flight info displays in the gate area so that people do not walk back through security to look at the displays in front of the ticketing area. Place a couple of additional ticketing kiosks to increase the speed throughput of the passengers. Another throughput thingy is to put the metal detectors after the bag scanners and also make sure to place the metal detectors the other way around (they're placed the wrong way around now). Place a couple of food vending machines in the gate area for the people to buy some food and don't forget to place some additional garbage bins. Hire 2 more janitors to keep the place clean. And I believe that the conveyor line from the ticketing area to the airplane is not functioning completely.

I think the reason why so many people missed the plane in the beginning is because you dont have information boards in the waiting area. They seemed to just stand around although the line was empty. If that doesnt solve it then maybe put a second boarding "booth" in and have two lines?

i do see a future in this, but needs to solve object scaling issues and bugs. the ability for multiple floors would be very nice, maybe an up and down button to move between floors, but its early access, so ill wait.
