Sir, i have a doubt. Is P(x_3=2,x_2=3,x_1=3,x_0=2) and
P( x_3=2/x_2=3,x_1=3,x_0=2)
and Px_3=2/x_2=3) all are same?
If it belong to Markov chain, then only 2nd and 3rd are same.
While in terms of conditional probability, all are different.

Sir Thanks a lot for the video series its really helpful . I have one question how we are finding the probability in the TPM . for example in cola example it's 90% that they will not switch to other brand but I want to know how we are getting 90% in real life problems??. Thank you

Its a priori probability.... If it is not given then you can compute it based on distribution function (concept of random variable).
the sum of the coloumn should be 1 right? or can we assume any?
For TPM, sum of each row is 1, column sum may or may not be 1
