45 days means each day we need to chant 1000 times or is it 1000 times spread over 45 days
1000 times per day for 45 days. Once u byheart it. U can imagine the it with the help of the meaning & it becomes easier. Each time it explained
Once u by heart, it hardly takes 36-40 seconds to recite it one time. Its best to practice it during bramha ಮುಹೂರ್ತ
