5" and 4" cake sponge for the body
You will need extra cake sponge to make the legs and feet
12" cake drum
Chocolate ganache: I did 2 coats of chocolate ganache

・ off set spatula
・ cake scraper
・ cake smoother
・ rolling pin
・ non-stick board
・ fondant modelling tools
・ kitchen scourer
・ pasta machine: I used dial 5 - 6 for the white ruffles (e.g. underskirt)
・ bubble tea straws
・ bamboo skewers
・ cocktail sticks

FONDANT COLOURS BY SUGARFLAIR
・ Teddy Bear: Egg Yellow + Chocolate
・ Pink: Claret
・ Yellow: Egg Yellow + little bit of Canary Yellow
___________________
RICE KRISPIES & MARSHMALLOW RECIPE
・ 50g butter
・ 200g marshmallows
・ 200g Rice Krispies cereal
___________________
MODELLING PASTE RECIPE
・ 500g fondant
・ 1 - 2 tsp CMC (because every fondant is different, try with 1 tsp first then adjust accordingly)
Mix together and leave for 1 - 2 hours before use, because when time goes by the fondant paste will become firmer

500g 폰던에 1~2작은술 CMC (검파우더)를 섞어주고 1~2시간 후에 사용합니다
처음에는 1작은술을 넣고 한시간 정도 기다렸다가 패이스트의 상태에 따라 CMC를 더 넣을지 결정하세요. 시간이 지날 수록 더 단단해 지기 때문에 처음부터 많이 넣으면 딱딱해서 사용하기가 힘들어요

I watch a lot of these channels and the one thing that stands out for me anyway is that the way you carve the shape you don't take loads and loads of cake and then shove a pile of fondant on top. I don't like fondant but if I was ordering a cake and there was hardly any cake left that would make me mad. Everyone who makes these incredible cakes are very talented but why take so much cake.
