Great video Charles. Always look forward to you new shows, New camera angles were great to. Cutterman needs to step his game up and help the skidder men. Really good timber.
Good morning Charles. Great vidja enjoyed the different shots. You got more snow than we did this time. Believe somebody needs to watch other cutters on UA-cam to see how they do it 😂😂. Take care and have a blessed day and stay warm and I'll see you on your next vidja.
Buncher operator sets the pace of the crew. Max two bunches per drag unless its a thinning job. He is definitely the bottle neck of the job. Playing in the snow is fun!
Hey man your cutter man needs to tighten up because I run a Tiger cat 720 G with 5500 head and could pile everything there he should able to tote a 23 inch tree 80 foot tall and pile because I do it everyday he would be in trouble and the first thing man I hope get it work out because y’all should be moving 20 to 25 loads a day Lord bless you and you have a good day
Great job my friend! I always thought the same thing about how much equipment y'all had, versus production. Just wanted to let you know, I'm going to see John tomorrow. Might give the old girl a new home. Take it easy, and keep it greasy. Above all, keep living the dream!
I have a small very small logging and milling business in ore. I use quads with arches and anything over 22 inches 24 feet I have to skid one at a time. It great to watch real logging done by real men. I kinda miss slackline and high lead
My buddy you need a cutter man bad we got some bad men uo here n Alabama that will have you some monster straight drags everytime one bite and let’s go here not no one tree at a time bull ish
i think you need to show your cuter guy the clam on the machine that is skiddnig the wood, becas it looks like he thinks he is cutting for a cable skidder, lol
Well first of all Charles I wanna start by saying that was a great video my friend and second of all you need to tell Jimmy that he needs a sneak down there in those woods and watch how sugar ray is cutting at timber Laying one tree down at a time instead of piling it up now I can see the timber is a little scattered but no bigger than that timber is there’s no reason he can’t put from 3 to 5 trees in a pile so the tractors don’t have to stop but twice and I’ve got a pull and gone to the loader, i’m just gonna tell you like it is that boy could not cut for me I would tell him one time and one time only because like you said with the equipment y’all got there is no reason that y’all shouldn’t be running 20 to 30 loads a day and with that 720 he should cut easily 20 to 35 loads a day and that type of timber because watching you skid it wasn’t wet at all. So if I was Jimmy he would be fired on the spot if I had to get up in the cutter and cut myself because Jake and Ray Ray is wearing those tractors out by picking up one tree at a time and I also wanted to tell you to Charles that since Jake is got on that other tractor y’all have been keeping a lot of wood piled up that just shows you how much cookie man was screwing around and buy him doing that then Ray Ray was gonna do the same thing like the old saying goes monkey see monkey do but anyway my friend looks like you’re feeling a little bit better so you and your family stay safe and keep the videos coming brother
We had a dusting of snow and I can see why it takes a little bit longer to get to the deck one at a time is ridiculous and man that machine can beat you to death
Nice timber, good content, but I have to say that picking one tree at a time with the skidder seems very inefficient to me. I have not operated large forestry equipment myself but have dropped trees with a chainsaw and yarded with a logging winch and farm tractor, always tried to drop so hooking up and skidding would be smooth. Take care
Yes I can see your frustration…someone must teach the buncher man how to bunch…I run a 870 tiger at and never have i seen something like this. Hat goes off to you for trying…but make changes or the company will go broke. Get him to watch Colton top they know how to bunch Sorry for saying negative things but as you know it’s not right From BC Canada Craig
Sounds like the cutter man needs to skid his own wood for a while and get paid by the amount of wood he gets to the landing. If that don't work he needs to run the pole saw.
Papaw I agree, like I told Charles Jimmy need to sneak down there and watch how he’s cutting that wood and tell him one time and one time only if you can’t stack that wood so those tractors don’t have to make but one or two stops to get their pulls then get off of it and I’ll cut myself and put him down the road. Simple as that because a login job starts with the cutter man and if he’s not gonna cut the timber right well then it screws up the production for the whole job
Great seeing different views, but man I don't know how they pull as much wood as they do. In that wood you bunched should have been in two piles at most, l know you all try to get all the brush off but that is killing the skidders not counting the fuel. Stay safe and log on
If the bunching was way better you could do so much more. I think the track buncher 870-D would be so much more productive. No need to do it this way. I think he needs to taught how to bunch for a skidded..very very sad to see this
Good video except watching the skidding that's inefficient and a waste of fuel in the time it took you to build a turn could have pulled 4 turns in if bunched properly
Great video Charles. Always look forward to you new shows, New camera angles were great to. Cutterman needs to step his game up and help the skidder men. Really good timber.

Great video man. Glad to see you can do it all. Stay safe out there. God bless. Appreciate you
Hey man your cutter man needs to tighten up because I run a

Great driving by the truck driver.

Hey there Charles, i hope all is well on your end. Thought id get on here before heading out.
Man , I’m burnt out after watching that skidding video ! Sawhead man must not be keeping up with the skidders ; trying to slow them down ?
I enjoy watching this. Tell us if loading log, chip and saw, or pulp.
That cutter man needs to ride. Your pretty good on the skidder to be a loader man.
Thanks brother

Wow…what happened to the buncher man? Great video but maybe straighten him out. Might as well hand fall
Some great timber

Great video, just wandering if the cutter man is costing y’all production how’s he still got a job
We had a dusting of snow and I can see why it takes a little bit longer to get to the deck one at a time is ridiculous and man that machine can beat you to death
Do you binder those loads down be fore you go on main roads?
Yes sir the drivers do 2 straps on treelength and 4 straps for cut up
Moving a lot of chip and saw .
Hey brother I couldn't take my vacation up there due to the weather

Gone need 3 Skidders For SugarRay Cutting
man that beeper would drive me crazy
It does not take long for the twoloaders to stack a truck load of that good timber
As much wood y'all have y'all need 3 skidders
And 10 trucks
Great video brother
Pretty wood 🪵 Pretty Wood 🪵 Charles
The guy that runs the cutter does realize it's called a fellow buncher for a reason right?
Great vid buddy
Great video my brother
Good Wood 💪
Looks like you need a experienced cutter man lol
For real
there is no sense in a skidder having to work that much in planted pine.. thats crazy
Great seeing different views, but man I don't know how they pull as much wood as they do. In that wood you bunched should have been in two piles at most, l know you all try to get all the brush off but that is killing the skidders not counting the fuel. Stay safe and log on
Made me tired watching. Your boss needs to see this video if he cares about production I enjoy watching you
They call it a bucket for a reason your wood should be bunched. No reason to work that hard for a pull of wood!
If the bunching was way better you could do so much more. I think the track buncher 870-D would be so much more productive. No need to do it this way. I think he needs to taught how to bunch for a skidded..very very sad to see this

You are not good operator
Thanks so much
