Maybe in the mha universe he is a stain follower, I can see Atsumu understanding Stain's point. He does thing that heroes shouldn't be killed for only being there for fame. He joined the LOV after hearing Dabi's story and saw what kind of person All Might is (Kinda sorry but All Might isn't the best person, he was a good hero but not that great of a person)
