Hi Con-3, sorry for the late reply. I haven't been logging on this account very much. It's called a Meiho Slit Form case in the F size I believe. Meiho makes some really nice and cheap cases under both their MEIHo and Versus brand so you might wanna check out what they have.

Hello, sorry for the late reply I just saw this. I guess my answer to that question would be, because size 4000 reels are not as fun as smaller reels.

It's a good rod but it casts best in the 5g-18g range. It's great for whipping egg lead in Hawaii.
