Ha, C4, made me look! 😄 First, thank you for your kindness! Second, I re-watched (it's been a while!) and the guide I'm using is def a #2/dark blue (the #4 is dark purple), and although I do use both comb lengths on my Westies in general, I tend to prefer the #2 as it reminds me most of a natural handstrip.
Now to give you 100% credit, I have seen comb sets that have the #2 and #4 colors flipped on Amazon and it may be manufacturer specific - so that is a great point to recognize! I should add more specifics, such as "using a #2 guide, 3/8", 9.5mm". Thank you so much for the insight! 😍

      You're most welcome 😊
Also, this video help me put big time!!
I have never set a westie skirt with a comb attachment before and i was a little nervous lol
The dog was having a skin issue that caused hair loss, and i thought a blade would have exposed those spots. So after watching this i decided to try a #2, it came out perfect, and i was suprised how easy it was to set with the #2
      Thank you again 😊

@@C4... I am thrilled to hear that it helped! And you are so right - best to avoid a direct blade for any pets with skin issues. Willy (my adorable model in the video) actually has alopecia on the back of his neck (which you don't see in the video), but that is a big reason why a #2 (or even a #1) works great for him. Plus, once you set a Westie pattern with a guide-comb instead of a blade, everything becomes a bit easier (and looks more natural). So happy it worked out well! 🐾
