Amazing, we are now at the point where 'news stories' with the title 'Arrest made in deadly stabbing' tell us noting about the victim or the suspect other than where the victim was employed.

What does it matter? The killer will have nothing done and will be given a big hug and released. I bet he has been hug and released tons of times. Now its a problem because he someone we know is the victim now. Tough, this is what you keep voting for.
Homicides are down 36% in the first quarter of this year from last year. So much for your what they keep voting for arguement.
