Yahusha answered him, “Marriage is not of the flesh, nor made by the words of men. It is of the spirit, and they who are joined in spirit and flesh in the sight of YAHUAH let no man seek to lightly put apart. A marriage wholly of the flesh is fornication, though it be blessed by many priests. “Yet marriage is the measure of value. A thing possessed by many is of little consequence. The worth of a coin lacking inscription is unestablished, and the possessor carries it without faith, doubting its ability to buy bread. A woman may be reserved for marriage, or give herself freely for love. She knows her own worth best. But if she gives herself to several, then it is not love, but fornication. “A union is blessed before a priest and sanctified in the eyes of the people. But I tell you, unless the bond is forged on the anvil of adversity and wrought under the hammers of stress and struggle, it is a thing of little spiritual substance. “Love is not like the thistle seed, blown this way or that according to the prevailing winds of desire and inclination. It is not the offspring of flesh, but the sunchild of the spirit. It can be proven and established only under difficulties and tribulations, and it is because of the known frailties of men under trial and test that marriage has been ordained to enshrine it.”
Honestly, this book ‘Raising Warriors: Preparing Your Children For a Godly Life’ gave me the encouragement I needed to stay strong in raising my kids with Christian values, it’s comforting to know Im not alone on this journey
“As the head of my home, I have the right to serve everyone in my home and go to bed more tired than anyone else in my home. I have authority to work very hard at the mission, come home and know that my day has just begun.” -Paul Washer Wow, what an example of a strong man who is a servant of God.
Yeah, I know. He never fails to boast about how holy and great he is and how much he suffers for what is right. Then in the next breath, will condemn people as God haters who are going to hell for doing nothing more than not coming forward wailing and crying at the end of his sermons. And yes, he has done that on at least 2 occasions. Sorry but this man has a net worth of 4 million. He can plan his own day anyway he likes. Some fathers tho, and moms as well, have to work 60 hours a week just to put food on the table and keep the lights on. And God have mercy on them if they barely have the strength to walk in the door at night because Paul Washer won't. Here's the link to Washer trashing people who do nothing more than sit in their seats. It begins at the 6:30 min. mark. There is not one thing biblical about this. He is nothing but a legalistic preacher who manipulates through his emotions while heaping massive burdens of works and perfectionism onto the people. ua-cam.com/video/64mVw35aQVU/v-deo.html
true, what then is the role of his wife? Jesus delegated tasks: get a donkey, prepare an upper room, go into towns in pairs to preach, etc etc. I respect Paul, but on marriage the bible is already all so clear. So he comes home tired then heads to the kitchen and hopefully the wife or child will ask to help? so, as a woman, if your husband comes home fatigued from a hard job and HAS TO keep going, that is no marriage and there is no love there.
@@ickederen114 It's also just plain pandering to the women. And the quote " I have the authority to work very hard at the mission...." Well, besides the fact he owns the mission and can plan out his own day, not everyone has that option. Some people are swinging sledge hammers and cutting logs 12 to 14 hours a day or more. Others are just sitting behind a desk for 6 hours. His example isn't a recipe for a good marriage. It's a recipe for divorce. I started to study this guy about 6 weeks ago because I was curious about him. I listened to his sermons myself, over 20 or so including short bits from other sermons. He is a totally false teacher who denies and mocks those who say they are saved by faith. He manipulates you with his emotion. I have a background in sales and emotion is a strong and effective tool in selling. People hear the emotion, the crying, the trembling and the outbursts of anger accompanied by the sad sad face and they are hooked. He pretty much, with some variations, only has one sermon. His gift is to guilt the most faithful Christian into thinking they will burn in hell if they aren't as good as he is.
@Thomas B I have many times. James is talking about being justified before your neighbor. Not before God. Big difference. The same God that wrote James also wrote this... Eph. 2:8-9 "For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast" Notice the words.. NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS A GIFT OF GOD, NOT BY WORKS." Romans 3:24 "and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus." Notice the word FREELY." Freely has a meaning. It means free. John 3:14 "Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life." As Moses lifted up the serpent. Read about that in Numbers 21. P Washer would call that easy believism. How hard was it for those who were bitten to be saved???? All they had to do was look at the bronze serpent. And Jesus compares Himself to that bronze serpent. Here is a short sermon by a man who is hated and slandered by reformers. Much the way Jesus was by the Pharisees. Listen for yourself and you be the judge. Compare his words to the Bible. But be careful, your eyes might be opened. ua-cam.com/video/20RnGi35DQw/v-deo.html But if you don't like him, here is a fellow Baptist who is saying the same thing. ua-cam.com/video/hXeFRQ3qsqY/v-deo.html
My children are grown up and I'm realizing that I wasn't a good father or husband when they needed me. I can't turn back the clock. I'm asking for prayers to build stronger relationships with my family.
It is never too late. I didnt have a clear relationship with my dad but when I came to really know Christ and his love and power, I told my dad that I loved him. Ever since, my relationship with my dad has changed for the better only because I obeyed the Holy Spirit to led me during that situation and it made me close with my dad and able to share my faith. Christ has power in his name and praying unceasingly is my goal everyday to connect with God. I am praying for you to reconcile with God first before you reconcile with your children. God bless.
@@scottlloyd5324 we wouldn’t be able to understand what UNCONDITIONAL love meant if we didn’t have to choose to love someone who would sometimes let us down or upset us. Hope that helps
@31:49 if anyone wanted to hear it in context. It may be true, but if that area he speaks of is sinful, contrary to the clear teaching of scripture, then the spouse may be acting as an agent of Satan. I seriously doubt God would place one of His own in such a dilemma for any period of time without a way of escape. 1 cor 7v3-5 The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband. 4 The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; and likewise also the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. 5 (HERE IS THE COMMAND) Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again (WHY PAUL?)so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. For example, if a person is married for 20 plus years and you wonder while he or she struggles in their walk, then you find out the "one struggling" has been living in 1 Corinthians 7 the entire marriage. Here is what pastor John MacArthur said in relation to this: Listen, when you withhold from your partner for any reason, you put that partner in a place where Satan will temp them toward their lack of self-control. The first thing that happens is not only the bitterness and the anguish and anxiety that comes between the two, but then the evil thought that comes into the mind, and then the entertainment of the evil thought, and very often it can lead to an adulterous situation. Any time you withhold from your partner that which is rightfully theirs, you become the agent of Satan. Now, you say you love your wife, men? Women, you say you love your husband? Then don’t ever put your husband or wife in a situation where they are open to the temptation of Satan simply because you’re selfish. It isn’t right....If I say I love my wife, if you say you love your husband, if that’s really true, then you would never willfully, openly put that person in a place where Satan begins to tempt them to carnality. Sometimes, you know, we deal with people in the church and friends, and we wonder why they have so much trouble walking in the Spirit. And maybe the reason is because they are so frustrated physically in their own marriage that they are constantly being bombarded with thoughts of this. That’s not fair. You’re not only robbing that person, you’re putting them in a place of temptation, and you become an agent of Satan. - end (John MacArthur - Sermon titled: To Marry or Not to Marry) I know such a person and it is devastating. Which brings up another question concerning the topic of forgiveness? Does biblical forgiveness demand reconciliation between the parties involved?
What Washer was saying is that we withhold true love from others, and worst of all from God, yet He still loves us. That doesn’t mean that the person who you described is in the right. We still need to get help if there is an “inconsolable difference”, from pastors, counselors, and most importantly on our knees.
I now see how, and why I failed as a husband and father and how to become what I am called to be. Every young man needs to watch this until they get it.
That's a lie,he is living against Biblical teachings about marriage, his wife has short hair, and he thinks more of her than God,Washer is not qualified to give advice on anything about family life.He claims that it's almost a sin,to be legal, one who has a Law,rules to live by from Gods word, legalism is thrown about like confetti, and seen as a sin by Washer, yet Gods word, commands us all to obey Gods commands, disobedience is something Washer hates,he's replaced it with faith only, seeing he is a Calvanist by persuasion, rather than Biblical Doctrine, which he hates.
I know .. they are hard to find... Although it's good to desire a good preacher like this ... I have watched all my life people follow a preacher instead of God's word... Their entire Christianity is derived from the preacher.. what's worse is in the US it's not only like this but it's what they think they're supposed to do. If you attempt to have a mature spiritual conversation with these types.. one of the first things they will say is "Well, my preacher says this or that". and all the time expecting you to tell them what your preacher has indoctrinated you to believe. .. The Church and pastors are nice and all but your Christian Life is mostly lived out outside the walls of some church building... A person's relationship with God is a personal walk with Christ on a daily basis enhanced strongly by scripture, prayer, and fasting.
Wow! My husband is a believer for 15 years! He knows a little bit of scripture and goes to church on Sunday! He’s been struggling with alcoholism for 14 years! We have two boys 11 and 18 and for most part we have raised them good! So far!! My husband works from home and that’s all he does after work he drinks until he falls asleep! But he bears absolutely no fruit whatsoever! He locks the thirst and fear of the Lord! I’ve struggled with seeing my husband chain to this self destructive behavior! I’ve prayed for his recovery and I have faith that God will heal him but it’s so hard! I felt so overwhelmed and used by everyone in my home! The boys help me until I get angry and I go on a strike! It’s not easy to train them when their father does nothing at home! I came a cross one of Pastor Washer’s sermons on how to be a man of God! It was not the full sermon but today this is it!! I was really shaken It was sent to me by our One and Only Heavenly Father. No joke!!! The Lord was speaking about me… That’s the moment when I was feeling defeated and really depressed The words that Paul spoke were like God just put his arms around me and said: “everything you’re doing is a service to me” 😭 😭 😭 that brothers and sisters… is the amazing power and the love of The God we serve! that is all I needed to live my life with gratitude and humbleness. It’s still not easy but I know HE has my back!!! Please pray for my husband… I need Jesus to get to know my husband. I fear that his salvation is at risk! He needs to be a good Godly father to these two boys! and I need him to get his act together!! I almost left him 6 years ago but God didn’t allow it! Please pray for him! He’s name is Christopher!!! Thank you pastor Paul! You have make me realize how close Jesus is to me!!! My heart is being heal by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ❤❤❤
I hear and feel your prayer request...you say"I need Jesus to know my husband". Don't you mean, 'my husband needs to know Jesus?' I will pray for you and your family. Most of the time I asked Jesus to "fix" my husband, He showed me where I needed to change. 😮 God is so good 😊 all the time!
20:57 My sister, 😢 I’m sorry to hear this and I must say….it is your responsibility to fix this problem, tell your husband you will file for a divorce if he does not REPENT BEFORE THE LORD AND CHANGE TODAY. Right now! Today. Go tell him that tonight is the end of his wicked wrath against his family and against God. Walk away if you have to beloved.
I just read this comment and I know your comment was made a year ago and I don’t know how things are going for you now but I said a prayer for you and your family this morning, if your husband hasn’t yet mended his way, then my prayer is that the Holy Spirit would work on him. I feel in my spirit that your husband is hurting from something that he just doesn’t feel safe talking about! My prayer is that the Holy Spirit would send him somebody that he could open up to and become vulnerable with and work through those issues! So that he can be the husband and the father that God has meant for him to be! I have been right there myself! But I no longer need alcohol because I faced my pain and worked through it, I have absolute zero desire to drink a drop of alcohol and I’ve been that way for three years now! Jesus has healed so much in me and is continuing his work of healing me
Same and I'm on the other end! Made me think what chances are God giving me when dealing with my husband? Am I showing christ through me to my husband? I feel so convicted when I hear Paul washer speak! I love it
I have been angry at my husband a lot through the years. But as I listen to you I realize that in many ways he has been a real godly husband. I will repent. Thank you for speaking truth.
I would have liked my husband to have heard this sermon before our marriage fell apart. And he left our family.😔 I'm doing the best that I can without him. I know I wouldn't cope without my heavenly father and my saviour Jesus Christ.🙏
God removed my wife and son from my life, and I felt left and confused, maybe ashamed also. It has been 10 years now, my ex wife would never call Jesus Christ be his name ( be not equally yoked with non believers) My son moved way up north and married a man. God's will was that for me to be alone and faithful to him and I am thankful for his grace.
My marriage is pretty much over, she is done with me. I've been seeking God for the past six months, today this video was sent to me by a friend. I was blind, now I see. With a grateful heart, thank you Jesus.
@@joemerkel9954 obey the Father, keep Jesus in your heart, walk with and listen to the Holy Spirit and you will never be alone. See you in Heaven, brother.
@@bryanatkins1379 no, it was not his will for you to be alone. That is what you tell yourself to make yourself feel better. Either fix your family or get out there and find a nice woman to live the rest of your life with. God bless you brother.
One of the hardest things imo as a Christian man is being in charge over family. I have 4 children. Raising them in a wicked world is a challenge. Marriage is great but very difficult also. Not impossible but difficult at times.
I can vouch for that! Sometimes I don’t want the responsibility of being the spiritual head of the home, but Jehovah is faithful and doesn’t let me go! My wife and I are transitioning from public to private school next September for our son & daughter and are never looking back!
@@--..--.-. the man is the head. He will have to answer to Christ. That’s a major burden to carry for a real man with a family. The women doesn’t have it hard at all.
@@_NEW3RA_ She definitely does have it difficult in regards to bearing children and being a good influence. However yes, since the man is the head, and Christ the head of man, the man certainly and ultimately bears the final responsibility of managing the house.
This is the best sermon on marriage. Dynamically equal and full of wisdom and understanding. We don't need books on marriage, just this sermon by a vessel who speaks the truth. We done Paul Washer keep the real gospel flowing through your heart and mouth.
Lord willing I am blessed with a husband and family-like Paul Washer and everything preached in this sermon is my earnest desire to live and have🙏🙏🙏 All praise, honour and glory to our King Jesus. His will be done in His perfect timing.
you will get your wish but...you have your role to play cos men are not machines. I know men who have did of a heart attack and I dare say the stress from their wives was contributory. dont be disappointed at my comment, if u a good woman it does not apply to u.
@@ickederen114 A God honouring marriage is Christ at the head. You get married to give and not what you want to get from that relationship. @@GraceSavesGrace If you said this comment to Paul Washers face…. I think, humbly, he would say something like: That’s great, I’m glad to hear that your excited for your future. But you will marry a sinner, and you will see your own sins more and more everyday. Don’t idolize me and my marriage, because we are messed up sinners too. Your marriage will be the most sanctifying relationship of your entire life, and that’s a statement you won’t quite understand until you’re living it. You need to lean on God, and strive to be the best wife you can be, and by the grace of God your husband might chose to do the same. But suffering does come in the Christian life, and it will come in your marriage as well. But God willing, there will be repentance and continued sanctification, which will lead to deeper affections over time.

aww, brother Paul preached for 2 hours answering questions. I'm pretty sure he wasn't supposed to talk for that long but he gave answers to all the questions. God gave him strength and patience. I'll always have I'll be honest in my prayers! love u
At the time I type this, I’ve been a Christian for nearly a year, which started after a breakup I took very hard. At this point I’m still single but have that desire to be married to a Godly woman and raise a family. Paul washers sermons on the subjects are mind blowing, I’m thinking about things in ways I’d never imagined before, and more and more feel more prepared for this mighty blessed responsibility, if the good Lord sees fit.

I’ve watched 4 times so far! Every time I watch it, I receive something more! I give Glory to God and I applaud pastor Paul washer for the obedience to Gods will for him! Could we even imagine if everyone walked according to the will of God in their lives. There would be heaven on earth! And could you imagine when we are moved by the spirit to be used as vessels, but we say no to that calling? What does this do? It can delay destinies. God wants to use all of us!

Wow. I'm liking this guy more and more every day. Talking about masculinity. Martial Arts and Power Lifting but not idolatry. Perfect balance... Training the child. Teach them. Not expecting them to be Perfect without showing them the way. Beautiful Sermon.
it's not masculinity. you're missing the point here. If that's what you gleaned, brother, I suggest highly you read scriptures or listen to it again. It's for discipline that brother Paul puts his children through those rigors. He even references how if he were living on a farm, that those chores wouldn't be necessary. Please get that mindset out from your mind. It's a lie from the devil. There are roles that are defined for men and women. If you are referring to those, then I stand corrected. But any deviation from those predefined roles according to our blessed God's wisdom, you're on a slippery slope heading to fulfilling the desires of your own flesh or the "pride of life".
This absolutely blew me away. Especially the part about training your children. Thank you for posting, thank you for preaching, and God bless everyone seeking this wisdom! Thank you!!
“Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty expanse. Praise Him for His mighty deeds; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!” Psalms 150:1-2, 6
We need more of these sermons in our churches!!! May the Lord gives you more and expand our capacity to receive more from you brother Washer. God bless your ministry!!!
The long and short of it is: tell them the desired behaviour and not what they should not do. In the end, it means the same but, it is the desired behaviour that is heard, not the behaviour that you need them to not do. E.g. you go to the living room and find you precious one jumping on the sofa. Go to the child, gently take him/her from off the sofa, place him/her on the floor and say: "When you want to jump, jump on the floor. Please remember, jump on the floor, we sit on the sofa" and walk away. You may need to repeat it but state the positive/the desired behaviour only. PVEL.
Reflection from a single woman: I often say-excuses-that I have to take care of ‘things’. I need to be a responsible accountable adult so I am not a burden on others. ‘Real intention is not to be obedient but to make a name for yourself’ This is convicting and can bring sadness to my heart. As I reflect: what came to me is if I take care of things, if I show others I am a capable person maybe they will value and love me. I am still looking for approval and hoping to be valued by others here on this earth. Father forgive me. Thank you pastor Paul, thank you Father, For this inner reflection as a result of this sermon.
I was just thinking the same thing. Paul Washer, Voddie Baucham, and Tony Evans are normally my go to for marriage and parenting, but this sermon is definitely the best one I have heard.
What I'm trying to say is that, the things that we could learn to better ourselves on becoming a better father and husband. There are so many people out there that are going threw something in there lifes. But for those are having a hard time and need some guidance in there life , people like you that are being used to help others, is well appreciated
I will also say to not neglect what God is calling you to. Make sure you are doing the will of God in relation to being a wife. Hope you have a wonderful day!
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.-John 3:16

Glory to God forever. I admit i failed my wife, kids and GOD. wow, thank you for sharing this good message. I love my wife, kids and God but i understand now that I am not worthy. I am not worthy for GOD. May the will of GOD be done, whether it be to my demise or goodness. Listening to this message, makes me realize that I do not deserve GOD or my wife. I love them but I do not deserve them.
25:00, you’re completely right. I struggle with habitual sin, and yes I should talk with my pastor about it, but in my church the Lord provided a leader which can help me daily on this struggle. An accountability partner who knows what I’m going through, and has overcome that struggle with the help of God. He is in line with what the pastor teaches from the word of God and so he teaches me how to be in line with the word of God. If you struggle with habitual sin, you cannot do it alone. Pray for a church that can provide accountability and a fellowship of men (in my case) that can help you
He misuses this passage spoken about how to be saved (Jesus, the narrow way), and the ravening wolves. Instead of rightly explaining this is about false prophets, he misuses it presumably to instill fear into believers, (or worse - keep the lost, lost). Washer never really preaches the good news of the gospel to give them hope, but a false gospel of man-centered works. Washer wrongly defines the narrow way, and instead of applying that way to being Jesus, He applies it instead to works or behavior, as if a person’s walk is the narrow way. As if somehow a believer’s salvation is based on a lifetime of works.
I really appreciate how he handled the father at 1:28:04 - he asked how to teach your child not to be self-righteous, but he referred to himself as “not a sinner” Very gentle, direct way it was handled.
hey Tevi, so there was a comment above mine that was either reported and removed or deleted by the person themself, but they were claiming they were if "Heartcry Missions" thank you for asking or people may of thought that the original comment was a false account, God Bless!
On disciplining children: the Holy Spirit just spoke to my heart in agreement with your point on the level of relationship. It’s discipleship 1stly. When Mary received the news that she we bear a Mesiah, she asked how and the Angel had patience to explain to her how. When Zachariah doubted the same news, he was “punished” because he had longer standing relationship with God and ought to have understood the things of God better than Marry (a much younger woman at the time). I get it Pastor.
I am not sure if I agree with this message. God doesn't cultivate weakness in me, but I found a deeper connection with Him through fibromyalgia, which caused me to be very ill. Then, I realized that my weakness is a beautiful gift, a bridge I can use to keep getting closer to God. I wrote on fb, that my weakness is my grace. And, my limited circumference is my doorway to expanding my spirit.
Hi Saraswati, Sorry about your health challenge. Wish I could contact you to make a few suggestions - if still needed. I pray God's blessings on you, PVEL.
Thank you Pastor for proclaiming the simplistic truths of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for sharing God's word in its entirety and not watering down his beautiful word. Lord make us like you, change us within, help us all in the house of faith - the body of Christ to die to self - let the sanctifying fire power of your Holy Spirit purify us, and may the Blood of our Lord wash us thoroughly to bring Glory to your name, and your name alone. Bless this Pastor and all who proclaim the gospel of our Lord, meet all their needs, strengthen them, and help them not to "grow weary in well doing." In Jesus's name, we pray. AMEN.
I do agree about mother who say their child is their everything. Well children grow up and want to live their own lives and that can't be done if there mums are still clinging to them.
Really, I am so blessed by this teaching. It's the second time I'm listening because there's so much to pick up and learn that it's difficult to grasp in a few times of listening.

I love my wife so much but failed her in so many ways, just like I have failed God and now watching this sermon and tears are pouring from my face because I know what Paul is saying is 100% true and it's too late now. Lost my wife and my son and don't know how to make it right, beg God to take me out everyday for all the wrong things I have done and the pain never ends! God is so patient and merciful and Loving. Glory be to God!!!
thank you for the sermon. I'm only 20 minutes in and I'm already so moved to repentance. May I ask for a list of verses from OT to NT on fatherhood, husbandhood, and employer-employee relationship that brother Paul mentioned, please?
Well, we don't have a list at hand, but you could take up Paul's challenge and read through the Bible in the next 3 months and form a list of your own. :-)
my brother, heed to what the ministry reps just stated. The answer is not really from Brother Paul or so. It always comes down to obedience. Yes, and to be frank and for full disclosure, I am in my forties never having been married. I will state this humbly though- there's no calculation or panacea per se where you just take a verse and apply as a balm. What the poster suggested rings so true in so many different ways. The reason being- the whole council of God through His spirit - not commentaries or sermons- a true communion with the living God actually resolves a lot of issues that we have in our daily life. Just be aware though- when you do start on the journey- that you do it for the sake of the Glory of God, for the communion in Him- not for fixing marriage, or being this or that. Sorry for the long-winded-ness

Need this sermon in Spanish
Yahusha answered him, “Marriage is not of the flesh, nor made by the words of men. It is of the spirit, and
they who are joined in spirit and flesh in the sight of YAHUAH let no man seek to lightly put apart. A
marriage wholly of the flesh is fornication, though it be blessed by many priests.
“Love is not like the thistle seed, blown this way or that according to the prevailing winds of desire and
inclination. It is not the offspring of flesh, but the sunchild of the spirit. It can be proven and established only under difficulties and tribulations, and it is because of the known frailties of men under trial and test that
marriage has been ordained to enshrine it.”

H
Honestly, this book ‘Raising Warriors: Preparing Your Children For a Godly Life’ gave me the encouragement I needed to stay strong in raising my kids with Christian values, it’s comforting to know Im not alone on this journey
“The closer me and my wife get to God we will think alike.”
That’s powerful and very true !
“As the head of my home, I have the right to serve everyone in my home and go to bed more tired than anyone else in my home. I have authority to work very hard at the mission, come home and know that my day has just begun.” -Paul Washer
Wow, what an example of a strong man who is a servant of God.
@Thomas B wow, i think that is why Jesus had to show us love in action. He came down to our level.
I just realized that what a failed husband i was. I need Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord for this good preacher.

God bless.
Oh my. “How can we learn unconditional love when we have someone who meets all our conditions.” Lord knows I needed to hear that.
Can you explain what he means by this???
Here is what pastor John MacArthur said in relation to this:
Listen, when you withhold from your partner for any reason, you put that partner in a place where Satan will temp them toward their lack of self-control.
- end (John MacArthur - Sermon titled: To Marry or Not to Marry)
I know such a person and it is devastating.
When it comes to talking about marriage, & family Paul Washer is the best I’be ever heard.
Amen
Voddie Bachaum is also really knowledgeable on the subject. They're my two go toos
YOUR FIRST ADAM THINKING, WHEN YOU WAKE UP YOUR MIND WILL BE FREE, JUDGE NO ONE.
What a great analogy on the castle's of Europe.
I wish I could find a preacher who preaches like this. Straight to the point and biblical and interesting
I know .. they are hard to find...

Ask God to help you find a church with a “Bible-based”preacher. I did and found one within a week.
Most pastors who use a Bible think their message is biblical. One has to ask how such a standard is determined?
Man, Paul can be really funny when he wants to. What I respect is he never feels the need to be funny, only if the moment calls for it.
Don't you mean, 'my husband needs to know Jesus?'
I will pray for you and your family.

^false account^
PVEL.
Reflection from a single woman:
I often say-excuses-that I have to take care of ‘things’. I need to be a responsible accountable adult so I am not a burden on others.
‘Real intention is not to be obedient but to make a name for yourself’
This is convicting and can bring sadness to my heart.

@@HerManyJoysss yes thank you. Father protect us all from all evil.
In Jesus name
Amen
best sermon on marriage I've listened to and i believe i have heard all of them on UA-cam and some in person.
I was just thinking the same thing. Paul Washer, Voddie Baucham, and Tony Evans are normally my go to for marriage and parenting, but this sermon is definitely the best one I have heard.

Mr. Washer just described my dream family.... Actually this was how we were trained when we were growing up
What I'm trying to say is that, the things that we could learn to better ourselves on becoming a better father and husband. There are so many people out there that are going threw something in there lifes. But for those are having a hard time and need some guidance in there life , people like you that are being used to help others, is well appreciated
I just need my husband to hear this every week........forevermore 🥰🥰🥰🥰 love it!!!!
I will also say to not neglect what God is calling you to. Make sure you are doing the will of God in relation to being a wife.
Hope you have a wonderful day!
This man is grand! And only because of Christ!
I have failed so much as a husband, i pray to God he makes me the man, husband and father he has planned for me at his timing.
It’s like you just stared into my soul, and spoke directly to me. I kid you not!!! So spot on! And I’m sharing this with the husband now too. 🙏🏽♥️
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.-John 3:16
Wow!! I've learned so many things. Thank you and God bless you for sharing this video. Thank you as always and God bless you, Paul Washer for bringing us closer to the Lord!!
GLORY BE TO GOD, FOR TRULY, HE HAS SHOWN ME THAT HE KNOWS MY HEART MORE THAN I DO.
Im 41 years old and have my first child ever. Ive gone astray most of my life and only within the past 10 years cleaned up. I am terrified because I know nothing! Thank God for his gifts and for his servant's like this man.
Hi Bro. Tony, It may be a good thing that you don't know anything so your pure soul can be reached by the spirit of God. Pray often, read God's word and ask God what you need and He will hear you! PVEL.
Almost a 2 hr video and every word in its entirety was an incredible blessing to hear.
I thank the Lord for keeping you my beloved brother. What a blessing through out the years to see Gods hand lead and mold you. Grace and peace
Such a solid sermon. God's word is the ultimate authority. The Scripture is truly powerful enough to transform us men.
That man's not like that man. 😂 Amen! I need to remember that when my expectations for my husband or my marriage fail.
Pray for a church that can provide accountability and a fellowship of men (in my case) that can help you
My husband recently left me in this paralysed condition. Please pray for us
God will see you through, have faith in Him
May God comfort you and guide you, and bring you and your husband together, in Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
Keep the faith sister, be still and know He is God ✝️🙌🏽
You are just one man. You do your job and beyond. You don’t want to go to a early grave and they want have you at all…🙏
Thank you so much for this sermon brother Paul. Thank you Lord Jesus for brother Paul and how your spirit is guiding him, HalleluYAH 📯📯📯📯📯📯📯
What a necessary sermon! Thanks Pastor.🍃🌷🍃
I'm touched. Wish I knew this earlier. Great teaching Brother Paul
I really appreciate how he handled the father at 1:28:04 - he asked how to teach your child not to be self-righteous, but he referred to himself as “not a sinner”
Very gentle, direct way it was handled.
Get out of the way!! ( Amen!) Blessed be the name of the Lord 💕
How lucky I am, UA-cam recommends me your channel. May you be able to spread the goodness of God to every corner of the world, GBU more 😍🙏
Thank you Sir. May God bless you for doing the work required from above.
Thank you Lord for reminding me to be the Husband you want me to be.
Thank you so much Bro. Paul for this. I am so much blessed by it. May the Lord continues to use you mighty in the days to come. 🙂
We do this because this is what God and His wisdom has ordained. 🔥
hey Tevi, so there was a comment above mine that was either reported and removed or deleted by the person themself, but they were claiming they were if "Heartcry Missions" thank you for asking or people may of thought that the original comment was a false account,
God Bless!
This message hit me hard but in a positive way. Thank you, Reverend Paul.
God continue to bless this ministry for your glory amen.
Amen.
Edificante. Thanks the Lord for using men like Pastor Paul to teach us. A big hug for the Washer Family.
"Sure, your spouse angered you. But did God anger you?"
I needed to hear that.
Thank you Dear Sir and most of all thank You Lord Christ Jesus.
Wow, blessed be the Lord!. May God increase your knowledge and wisdom and build you up with his word, in Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
Wow, I needed this message today. Right on time. God is so good.
Amen. Beautiful how The Holy Spirit works.
AMEN.
Amen!, Glory to God in the highest heaven!.
I do agree about mother who say their child is their everything. Well children grow up and want to live their own lives and that can't be done if there mums are still clinging to them.
So, why do you think the women say that? PVEL.
He’s really soft-spoken, pretty cool ✨
Really, I am so blessed by this teaching. It's the second time I'm listening because there's so much to pick up and learn that it's difficult to grasp in a few times of listening.
This is what I always think when I think/ see in some incidents wife/ husband agreeing on what is wrong for the sake of the marriage . Will I agree on everything my husband do/ believe was my every time question . Thanks for the answer. Indeed only Christ could completes us. Taking side for the truth is taking side for Christ .
I wish my husband would hear this with discernment and trust God about the the roll he has as the head of our family he doesn't want to let go of his thinking and behavior. I'm getting tired to be holding up my family in my shoulders and trying to be the spiritual leader in my house. He only gives world advice my biblical thinking it's an exaggeration to him.
Ask the Lord to help you, ask the holy spirit to touch his heart, and change him from the roots, remenber this we are not praying to a deaf God
Please pray for my marriage. I’m putting all my trust in the LORD!!!
Thank god i heard this guy. I want to be a good husband and father to my future family, As a young man seeking wisdom.
Pastor you are teaching truth. Hallelujah
This is essence, drop by drop!! I am amazed! Amazed!!
Where does Paul mostly preach? What state
@@trevorforrester3142 I really don't know! I'm sorry! I watch him on UA-cam, from other part of the world and I'm blessed to have a pure Word through his preach!
Thank you for busting the "not much time spent with kids. Less but quality time". I started to believe this lie and even went to another country to work 3 months... Going back home after 6 weeks realizing I do not want to trade my family for money.
I know he is that I said forever. I am make from his borns. I know he will never let me go
Wish I had seen this before my wife left me although I have been saved a long time ago and never made enough effort it seems to cherish the Woman God had given me. Feels like this world had consumed our marriage and Satan won...
Such a fantastic teaching, it was so eye opening and yet so simple. It all pointed to Jesus.
thank you for the sermon.
Please pray for my marriage. God's will be done not mine
