Cellar Master Nadia Langenegger and Farm Manager Christiaan Loots discuss a long standing challenge at Waterkloof - that of being in a cool, yet low rainfall area - and how we’ve adapted our biodynamic farming practices to produce enough compost for the entire estate every year without using a drop of water.
    Watch out for some cameo appearances from our Angora goats and Nguni cows! During their discussions, Nadia also pours a tasting of our Circle of Life White - the only white blend we produce on the estate - and our Circumstance Syrah, overlooking False Bay.
