I wear mine in the shower too! It’s nice to know other people do that and I’m not at risk of ruining my watch lol even though it’s meant to be waterproof. Have had mine a month and I chose it over an Apple watch after owning the first gen Apple Watch when it first came out and I love it. Idk it fits the things I wanna track better.
Rubber and plastic bands dry out and crack unless you spray silicone spray and spray them. In Canada the spray is available at Canadian Tire Auto Store. If you want nylon then go with nylon/Velcro or your holes will start to enlarge in the watch buckle if you get the band wet. BTW, why would you wear your watch in the shower and get soap and shampoo running into it. Have you an appointment that your afraid you’ll miss or are you timing yourself?
I wear mine in the shower too, this is because if you take it off while you shower you lose valuable information like your heart rate during that time. And also it is a great way to clean the tracker without taking extra time to.
I hate the band the comes with it. My wrist hurts the next day after just wearing it for minutes, and I find it dificilt ot put on. Your best recommendation? I have small wrists. Maybe a Velcro? Thanks.
My wife and I each purchased the Fitbit Versa awhile ago when they first became available. I didn't use mine right away. When I went to use it about a year later it would not work. Being a big Fitbit Fan, I went and bought another Fitbit Versa II. A little while later, after out of warranty , my wife's stopped working. (would not sync with phone). I noticed that the Versa II had a different charger?? After my Versa II was was out of warranty it stopped syncing also. Now I have three non working Versa's and two chargers and many bands. I was so disgusted that I am also done with Fitb. I sold my last 3000 shares of stock at a loss.

The silicone strap is so annoying, my wrist keeps getting really itchy and red!
