We are selecting like hame suppose memwr ka bar signal generate karna h so we will select m bar by taking zero bcz m bar active low signal h to 0 par select hoga and for wr bar we will use again 0 and we don't need rd bar to use 1 kar denge to vo select nahi hoga in this way we get mewr ka bar signal......
