Welcome to #Mongolianhappiness
Lyrics:

Such a wonderful match of voices, it is a privilege to have a living legend like Batzorig willing to share with us bits of a so ancient and beautiful culture on this day and age.
Batzorig if you are reading this I want you to know that my only dream is to sing one day with you.
While this world may have many terrible things about it, I doubt anyone will argue that we are lucky to have the luxury of recognizing when history is made unlike those of the past unable to see the full picture
Batzorig singing while herding horses in the steppe, can we ever top this?
Batzorig singing war chant while charging random village.
@@bonuskard If he lived 800 years ago then probably he would be doing that.
Can’t wait! So glad your uploading more regularly. Thank you for all the music! It gives us some hope in these tough times. :)
I live on an island, my mind can't begin to grasp the reality of the mongolian steppe. And yet, it feels so beautiful... It's like the sea in many ways.
"The open steppe, fleet horse, falcons at your wrists and the wind in your hair"
@bienenpaps t That is good.
Latinised lyrics for the learning:

Do you have the latinised lyrics of Mother and Father by Bukhchuluun Ganburged (Bukhu) by any chance?
@@gretchendorenbos3900 If only Mongolians cared at all for the spelling, learning would have been much easier 😭 the guy is Bökhchuluun Ganbürged (Бөхчулуун Ганбүргэд), where Bökhchuluun is the surname, the song is I think like this:
Ayan zamdaa sain yavaarai gej
Aav mini yerööj kheldeg yum
Alsyn gazraas khüreed irekhed
Aav eej mini bayarlan suuna
Khünii gazart niree bodooroi gej
Eej mini zakhij kheldeg yum
Kholyn gazraas khüreed irekhed
av eej mini bayarlan suuna
but my Mongolian is lame, so somebody please correct me if I'm wrong
@@Trabantoslaw Mongolian here. He's name is actually Bo'khchuluun, literal translation would be Hard-Stone. Called Bo'kho. His surname (father name) is Ganburged, literal translation would be Steel-Eagle. However there is no mistake in your lyric both cyrillic and latinised version.

1:23 *Genghis and Jamuka riding together in Mongolia 1200 AD colourised
Color existed also in 1200.
😃
@unkn0wn We weren't there to verify one way of the other. But somehow, things coming down to us from that remote era are now colorized in accord with our contemporary perceptions of the world. Most people therefore assume that color has existed as long as light has existed.
Batzorig, thank you from Africa!
I think Mongolia is grossly underrated. This type of stuff is amazing and Mongolia has (in my opinion) the most fascinating culture on earth but very few people out of Mongolia and surrounding areas know about it
Breathtaking. The landscape, the horses, the music, and everything about this video!
Thank you, Batzorig and Baatarkhuu for sharing your Mongolian happiness.
Watching this brought tears to my eyes but happiness to my heart. The last 5 years have been tough here in the USA. It was wonderful to see genuine happiness. People sing a wonderful song, doing what they love in a spectacular setting.
Ground trembling again, wind rises as herds of horses run under a swift sunset..Riders getting ready to saddle their beasts once more before they set their course for Europe.
Have a nice vacation Covid..
This song has lifted my heavy heart in these dark times. Thank you so much.
imagine these beautiful people were fierce warriors in 13th century facing from eastern samurais to western knights, crashing every enemy they face. Absolute warriors, the power of steppe
For an Austrian mountaingoat living in the alps of Europe like me, mongolia have a strange but magical beauty wich I strongly want to see in real. ❤🇦🇹❤

Batzorig, thank you. Thank you again for giving us this glimpse into your beautiful country. It is honestly breathtaking, so vast and undisturbed. Өмнөд Африкаас ирсэн хайр. Би Google-ээс энэ сэтгэгдлийг монгол хэл рүү хөрвүүлж, утга учиртай болно гэж найдаж байна.
The Xhosa people from South Africa also do throat singing. We call it "ukungqokola" or "umngqokolo."
ӨАБНУ-ын Хоса хүмүүс бас ингэж дуулдаг. Бид үүнийг "ukungqokola" эсвэл "umngqokolo" гэж нэрлэдэг.
I love how he says "Mongolian Happiness" in the beginning.
Love this. It’s so beautiful, raw feelings, and peaceful to listen to. Goes so well with the horse noises and horse running in the background too
A very moving song with a great visual. Another excellent upload, Mr. Vaanchig!

This looks like so much fun. Where I live the winter is either a rainy, muddy mess or a frozen, ice covered treacherous mess.
