I always watch ASMR videos without headphones. I can’t do it with headphones because most ASMR videos have the sound going from ear to ear. When there is only sound in one ear and not the other it makes me uncomfortable. The only time I wear headphones is when the ASMR sound is even on both sides(ears).
I don't know if it works with your phone but you can go to the settings for audio and choose mono audio. Now every asmr video will play the same sound on both headphones.
