Hi. I am not able to activate phone after writing data from irepair box. I have to remove nand and then have to read write the data from old nand through jc then it gets activated. It happened to last 3 phones i swaped. Now also on iphone x . Is there any solution? I don’t have this problem when i unlock wifi it works fine

Finally some temperature and airflow instructions, now I can finally re try to desolder all those old broken pcb's

Plus, not all stations accurately output the desired temp.
You'll have to calibrate on your own.

Those temps looks very high to me. I use 200°C to remove black glue and 340 for chip removal

Good Morning. Does the same apply if I want to transfer data from one iPhone to another? being of the same model. my example: the sim card and bluetooth don't work from a logic board and I have another stopped logic board that works but has activation lock. is it possible to transfer from one to the other that way?

Excellent and very useful video. I managed to change the serial number, wi-fi and bluetooth addresses of an iPhone 8 Plus by using a P13 nand programmer. I did so to remove iCloud activation lock. The problem is that the phone cannot activate after changing these credentials. Maybe it cannot activate because I forgot to unbind wi-fi when it was in purple mode. I had also put the phone in DFU mode and installed the firmware by using iTunes but the problem was not solved. Is it necessary to change all data to remove the activation lock on an iPhone? I need your advice. Thank you.
Great job, how about the high temperature when removing the old nand does this temperature (420) affect and melt the two layers solder because it's melt at low heat please advice.
apple does not use low melt. their stuff melts at scary high temps

I think it's cool when you upgraded storage on an iPhone because apple is so strict they want monat. But then you got other phone companies that army so strict as Apple. Like On the Razer Phone 2 you can expand storage to 1tb using an ad card.

You would need to change device serial, imei and imei on baseband eeprom

What do you mean that it could be used to modify iPhone underlying data, can we change that IMEI number and remove iCloud
You can, bud only on flash IC, if you change IMEI to different, phone will not work properly. So iCloud can't be bypassed.
