Anti puncture gel didn't work !!! And why didn't you visit North East ? Bhai don't travel at night at any cost, main problem is no help will be coming easily if you got stuck. And change to tubeless and parcel the tube tyres to home if possible and also buy a small tyre inflator for these types of situations. It all will be little costly but will eliminate most of the problems related to punctures.
