- Hey Horse Lovers! Today we are heading out for a trail ride with the horses! HOWEVER, our ride and our day DID NOT go as planned and everything was totally unexpected. BUT we made the best of situation regardless. Stay tuned to see what happened and what we did on this adventurous day! Enjoy the Ride -Shae
-BAGHEERA is my 27 year old mare who we think is a Morgan/Standardbred. We bought her from an auction a little over a year ago. She used to be an Amish Buggy Horse but now she spends her days being loved & spoiled. Bagheera enjoys trail riding and spending time with the lesson students as well. She is a very gentle, loving, kind horse and I'm so grateful for her. She will stay with me for life!

We sweep twice a day. We bring horses in to feed AM and PM so the floor gets dirty. Barn chores are so much better than house chores!

Happy Birthday Kyle! It was great to see your cars and shop. Our family loves cars, we have three generations doing custom paint and body work, especially street rods so we love seeing your cars! We have a souped up ‘67 el Camino that has been completely tricked out- its so much fun to drive! I hope you can keep us updated on your car projects, we’d love to see more of them!

A 67 hardtop corvette would be my dream car, but as I mentioned a ‘75 is more affordable, lol. And good eye, that anvil also came off of my great grandfather’s farm out in Utah. I grew up seeing it in my grandpa’s garage all my life and was able to get it.

Can we have a shedding video please? Sorry but I saw those fancy new rubber tools and now I really want to see if they do like in the adverts? (winter to sleek summer coat in just a few easy flicks😮) I just love seeing the old winter coats coming out, piling up on the ground ready for the birds to line their super cosy nests. And Kyles shed is really nice too. 😊

What a beautiful home and farm, Shae, that you and Kyle have worked your tails off for. Before and after photos really provide a nice travel log of your journey together. When Piper was mucking that stall, I was thinking how Shae really knows how to be like Tom Sawyer and make hard work look like so much fun. She was smiling and laughing, having a good ole time.
Then, Kyle talking about his projects, resonates a lot with some of these cow girls who tinker around, always fixin' things. Maybe another channel coming up for Kyle! It's a new world, Shae, and yours for the taking with all your surprises and "unplanned" events. 80 hours a week, easy peasy for you. Your garage is awesome..I could smell the gas and fluids..btw..I absolutely miss that smell. Cars are beautiful. I miss garages. All my tools are now in my closet as I now live in an apartment :( but I do love a good tool.

By the way I’m prejudiced for Fords! My Dad was a Foreman at Tinker AFBase before passing in 1956. He was always was inventing things. He taught me how to identify cars as they drove by on our busy street.
I’m rambling, but my point is I asked him why they didn’t make cars to last longer and he told me they could if they wanted to.
End of story.

Cleaning horse poop is definitely more fun than cleaning the house. I like the part where it breaks down and turns into garden amendment, because I'm an avid gardener. Great to have an indoor arena for riding during bad weather. Your horses love grooming and spending time with you and other humans, they're all friendly critters with strong desire to share their lives. Just "hanging out" is a huge part of having horse(s). My experience with Morgans is that they want very much to be doing something, they get bored easily and need attention and challenges, that's what keep them going. Your 27 year old isn't going to retire soon, so you'll be busy for a while with that one. Having students and riders around keeps the horses happy, they're herd animals and consider humans part of their herd. Belle's little one will be coming into a great environment, and will no doubt flourish. Enjoy!

Love old cars, I've had a few, 66 chevy 3/4 ton truck, 69 f250 Ford, just to name a few.

Shea,very interesting your husband Kyles hobby and job! My cousin who just passed away worked for Ford all his life but I’m not sure what he did but he knew a lot and when Kyle was talking about his job it blew my mind. I don’t know if Kyle knew my cousin husband so I’ll just give the name Roger Felske who retired from Ford not to many years ago. It’s cool how it’s so comparable between Kyle and him as he sure loved his job with Ford. Trail rides are around the corner!😊

Glad to learn more about Kyle! Happy Birthday (past now but oh well) grew up with horses and cars so now your channel Shae has more depth to it for me! Love it! More on the shop please…for Kyle…my 1st car was a ‘63 Impala SS 327 Hurst shift std convertible (owned as a Junior in High School)…also owned a 1969 SS396 Chevelle (baby blue w/white bucket seat interior)…a 1996 SS Impala (B body) with the LT1 engine and I eventually sold it w/250,000 miles and it still ran great (engine never apart and actually delivered pizzas with it!) and lastly a 2014 R/T Hemi Challenger (white Redline edition)…looking for my next R/T Challenger…sorry…no Fords…looking forward to the completion of your ‘vette! Give us a show & tell on it!

OMG! Kyle, your Stingray brought up memories of the mint green Stingray my Aunt owned! I took my Grandmother to the store in it and couldn't help myself...I had to get onto it! I looked over and Nana was pinned to the back of the seat! When we got to the store, I helped her out and she turned and looked at the car and said, "it's a nice car, dear, but I don't think it is anything I would buy for myself! Only because I don't know how I'd get out of it without help!" Those were the days!

You two are the most adorable and fascinating couple ever. I started watching your channel because I was trying to save thoroughbred horses with Secretariat ancestry. I was able to save an unidentified TB that had a chip that had not been read. I sent a chip reader to Last Chance Horse Rescue and my temporary horse was ID as Sequoia's Fever. She is from the Storm Cat/Secretariat line. I allowed her to go a Layla Rescue in Texas with the rest of her band of horses from her original farm to find a closer forever home. On to save another horse.

So much hard work goes into owning property period but owning acreage with buildings on it already that’s next level! You must be so proud and rightfully so!! My late husband was a car guy too so I know how it is! But he did eventually he did have a horse that was bonded with him like you are with Jiminy! He passed away last year at age 61 but his horse found a new love and is very happy with her! Enjoy every second you have with your loved ones!
