it's important to understand the nudity is intentional in a lot of this because it symbolizes rebirth but also vulnerability. plus nudity doesn't have to be inherently sexual. i honestly think when she was in the bed and popped her ass, it might have been meant as ironic. when she says they'll "find me in valentino", valentino's signature color is red, so she's likely talking about being found dead, potentially by suicide. so the lil twerk was probably ironic. that's how i interpreted it.
also when she's in the glass case, she's on display to other people while she's shedding her skin. her being sexual while she's on display is also intentional.

Megan is an indie artist now. She puts out what she wants and this was a wake up call to everybody. The music and visuals are so on point. I've noticed a lot of people mistaking her use of nudity as a mixed message of trying to be sexy too, but she's really showing vulnerabiity and raw emotion. It's a new era for her! She produced the video and the music on her own dime. She's raising he bar. I actually love the way you pointed out the 2 contrasting ideas between the deep vulnerability in her lyrics and her visuals. It definitely gives the feeling of cognitive dissonance and I’m pretty sure that’s what’s she’s trying to convey. The face she gotta put on for the label she was under and for her fans while really being depressed as hell while no one is noticing you in that state really fucks up a person mentally and would give someone a sense of cognitive dissonance trying to be 2 people at the same time. Because you're usually really upfront about catching every metaphor of a piece of art, I wanted to offer an alternative perspective on her body of work which I hope dismisses the "why female rappers dress sexy - it's hard to receive the message" stereotype that we need to distance ourselves from in hip hop and lyrical entertainment.
To answer your question @2:50, it's possible for an artist to be transparent in their message delivery and clothing choices. Megan's outfit can be inferred as sexual by people watching, but that inference is the responsibility of the person watching. Put another way, she's not wearing those outfits for the viewer, but for herself. Her body of work has stated multiple times that the outfits she chooses to wear are many times for herself, and not for the viewer's sexual gratification. The challenge of being genuine in one's art in spite of how others may infer bias is an overarching theme in her music. While the challenge of communication is on the artist, the artist is not responsible for controlling the reaction to the art, or the response to it. Hell, fighting the stereotypes people have placed on others is an overarching theme in all of hip hop and each subgenre of rap, no matter the gender of the artist.
Symbolically, her outfits in this video are about the challenge of removing veils, those of which being outside opinions of her challenges and the struggles she has faced in spite of continuing her professional and personal trajectories. A naked body is a person at their (visually) most honest. The opinions people have of one's naked truth will vary. That problem is explored by her shedding her skin multiple times, constantly presenting naked honesty in bars and symbolism over outside rhetoric. You can also look at it as an artist choosing to communicate a personal truth over hearing the message everyone wants to hear. Our culture has a really bad habit of putting our on perception of another's sexuality over the message they are trying to deliver.
There are a lot of factors that create such an unfair stereotype, more than I should put in a comment section. However, to address the "weird tonality" you spoke of around @6:51 -- Our society casts an unfair ruling on artists that nudity = sex, and incorrectly proclaims that an artist representing as a woman must put more clothes on to be taken seriously, when being genuine and casting off our masks is a way to be our most genuine self. This video uses those aesthetics to prove such a point, and any discourse and reaction that prioritizes the perceived sexuality of the visuals over the delivery of the message proves that fact. It's a form of performance art, proving a point by creating a situation where the viewer has a choice to listen but may choose not to, demonstrating the aforementioned challenges being faced.
Thus, in her music, the challenge is on us to not view her or another rapper that identifies as female under unfair "female rapper" stereotypes, of which include failing to believe her story due to implicit bias. Acknowledging how our entertainment culture devalues her perspective because of our history of gender and sexuality stereotypes in social discourse, business, and art is important. Acknowledging how her proof can be dismissed because of misogynic ignorance is also important. Music like this becomes an important attempt to speak truth in the face of dismissive opinions.

I think the visuals and lyrics of “this pussy depressed” heavily tie into society and how she’s going through a lot internally but people just expect the usual, sexually motivated stuff when she is like screaming for help. She talks about wanting to die because she misses her parents and because of the other stuff she’s struggling with and how she finally sees that she’s killing herself when other people would die to be her, and the visuals add to the whole trope of how people are always looking for her body sexually, especially with the shots fired with Tory lanez, originally happening because she didn’t want to do shit with him.
