I have to disagree, that is a perfectly healthy balanced diet salad. It contacts roughage with minerals and vitamins from the vegetables, healthy carbohydrates from the potatoes, lipids from the salad cream, proteins from the eggs - in fact, it is a wholesome meal by itself. I'll probably add a bit of shell shaped or bow tie shaped macaroni, and some peas too, but your salad is already perfect the way it is. Excellent presentation too. Good job.

My mum used to make Ghana salad minus beans and tomato sauce. She used salad cream and added tin salmon and sardine. Perfect with jallof rice 👌🏿

Bless you my kids will eat salad as long as I have mashed potatoe to help yourself.they add any little ingredient to it like cucumber.tomatoe etc salad cream they eat the lot.many people in UK never heard of having mashed potatoe added.but if anyone has kiddies they love mixing vegetables with salad cream.you will be amazed how much they will eat.in northern Ireland they sell mashed potato with spring onion mixed in it 🇬🇧

Sweetness we ghanaians our mouth sweet as paaa your salad self it on a low key , now they add sardine or tuna flakes pulse canned beef, boiled marcroni and fried gizzards chopped into smaller sizes to complete it hahahaha
