@@mickik7326 " should've left it untouched" makes it sound like Spyro music is something sacred. It's not. @@mickik7326 Alrighty time to break this down: 1. I feel like you don't know what a noob is. Uncultured is maybe the word you're looking for. Or dumb. Or stupid. Or anything of the sort. But the word "noob" isn't functional without context in this case. 2. The issue here is that you think I never wanted the original soundtrack in the game. I never said anything about how important it is to keep the old songs or whatever, I'm talking how people are overcritical of the new music. You talk about how it's good to add the new music and yet say they should've left the original untouched. I'm unsure as to which one you actually stand by. 3. Having the original music in addition to the new remixes is something that this remake is special for. Neither of the current Crash remakes did this. So I wouldn't say it's a necessity to do. It's incredibly cool that they did, and having more options in that sense is never a bad thing. But people could deal with the original soundtrack not being in Crash, so why not here? I guess if you do hate the Crash remakes because of that, then fair enough. At least you're consistent if that's the case. 4. Trust me, our histories with Spyro are probably not far off from each other. I love the original music as much as the next guy. But I'm not gonna go all apesh*t if they missed one note or didn't have the right instrument in every place. It's a different composer's vision on the soundtrack, so they should be allowed to do what they want with it, ESPECIALLY since they kept the old songs in anyway. Comparing is fine, but have you seen some of the people's comments in these videos? People are nitpicky and unnecessarily harsh towards something they won't even need to listen to. What I tried to do was talk about people in general in these comment sections, not to personally attack you or whatever. That said, if anything felt like it was going after you specifically, it wasn't my intent. Other than the whole "leaving untouched" part that I started the reply with. But that was more just a segue to what I was wanting to talk about. That being how everyone is suddenly a music critic and that this new take has somehow disgraced the name of Spyro or whatever. That kind of mentality needs to stop.
