Maybe call your troopy “Turtle” (or Tortoise, the land equivalent of a turtle). It brings its home while roaming everywhere. And while it’s relatively slow, it gets there eventually. Just like your troopy, you can rely on it to get you where you want to go. I call my LC80 "Snoopy", coz' it's white with black trims - just like Snoopy.
Been following all your vlogs. Fantastic! Great videography and photography. Love your honesty, humour and overall presentation. Up there with the best. Thanks for putting a smile on my face! Keep them coming.
I’m now following you guys around Australia. Your videos of your travels are awesome and so different to any others that I’ve seen. Jack, you are an extremely lucky man to be aside such a gorgeous , intelligent and talented woman!
Awesome again guys! Don't be embarrassed about getting out at the 'BIG' things for your video, you're having fun and would bring a smile to people watching! Some nice spots in this ep. Maybe a corny name like 'The Storm-trooper' !!!!!!!! Or 'JIM' because he always 'I'n JM's xploring!!
We went to Coral Beach in 2019 and had the best time there! We had to re-route our hike back because of the biggest spider hanging in the middle of the track. Your video gave me a nice blast from the past. Keep up the good work!
you cant go anywhere these days , BLOODY HUMANS ..they seem to be everywhere , especially around the smell of chicken. Well guys you have done it again , what a great video , fun , exciting places and so natural. We sit down and make a drink just to watch you guys and talk about the places you go we will go. We wont have a Troopy to travel around in or a motor home , but we will be happy in our choice. Hopefully this year goes fast so we can get back..Been away far too long . (11 years) Looking forward to your next video. Kev from Northern Thailand keep safe ...

Hi, what size Enerdrive Epower pure sine wave inverter do you have, are you really happy with it ?, how much did it cost and how much to install or did you do it yourself ?.,,, thanks Laurie and Sabine
@@itsJackandMegan wow, do you pair ever rest lol, I wasn’t expecting a reply so quick, thanks for replying with the info I was enquiring about , I get my Troopy next month and it is reasonably pretty basic so there’s a few things I need to do to get it how I want it set up so I appreciate your input, no doubt I’ll probably be asking for more info from youse, thanks again, you pair are unreal, you do a great job with your movies, not just the places you go but the history on where you go, love watching youse , take care and safe travels, watch out for crazy drunks talking shit and scaring you lol 👍😃😂
Thanks mate. I should add actually that the enerdrive had a problem a few weeks ago but took it into battery world and they replaced it it instantly. No questions asked so they have a brilliant warranty! We never found out what actually happened to the old one. Still love it tho!
@@itsJackandMegan great !! I was nearly getting confused who i was watching for a sec.. !! great videos keep up the good work.. love the story about have a chat old mate
1) The Maheno was stripped in early 1935 and it's hull was towed from Sydney enroute to Osaka Japan and a seasonal cyclone off the coast of QLD gave rough weather and the tow line came away and it drifted onto Fraser Island where it has been since 1935. How the guy climbed into the engine room in the 80's is very hard to decipher. There was no engines because it was stripped before being sold for scrap to the Japanese. By the 1980's the hull was a rusted-out wreck. You guys make up your own mind. 2) Troopy contact is like Landrover contact. It's totally normal. People north of the tropic of capricorn and west of the great divide all wave. Welcome to Australia. 3) Name for Troopy ? Here's my choice : "Yak". It's big, useful and slow. Or "Brian" - named after The Life of Brian. 4) When you get to Ayres Rock you'll discover there's no "Big Rock". 5) That water slide looked like a chiropractors retirement fund..... Hope you are both ok.
Classic, so the guy was pulling my leg or I miss heard him and he actually said he was down were the engines used to be. Should have done my own research on that one. 😂 Always good to get a wave back! Both good suggestions! Love a good Monty Python reference 🙌🏼 The water slide did hurt a bit, but worth it 😂
Mackay and it’s surrounding areas are nice as if you know where to go.
It really was a beautiful place will be back again!
Snoopy !!
Another good one there’s so many coming through we don’t know what to pick 😂

Those spiders are massive hey would hate to walk into one 😂😂
Epic episode thanks you two
Thanks Shaun 😊
Cruiser handbrakes work fine when maintenance is done regularly, less than a beer each wheel so at worst its a 2 beer job.
Yeah I’ll have to get onto it shortly. Your exactly right.
Migaloo the white whale 🐋 would be a great name for the troopy 👍 great video, just found you guys so will go back to the beginning cheers
We have a huge list of names now 😂 we need to go through them and choose one!
Thanks for watching hope you enjoy the vids 😊👍
Great video, we have just been touring in the same places, loved Lake Proserpine and the platypus. So many good things in that area.
The lake was amazing unfortunately missed out on some amazing sunsets when we went it was cloudy.
extended dogbones will reduce the regular handbrake adjustments, $25 ebay ones works better too
Will look into it thanks mate 👍👍
Another adventure and another great ep!
Thanks Paul 😊
Try the burrandy diet ginger beer from Aldi imo it tastes so much better. And it is cheaper
Will definitely look into this!!
Thanks heaps.
