I say yes to visiting Vietnam. I'd go in a flash if I had the cash.
Living in northern Virginia, we had a large Vietnamese community in the area. With the community came Vietnamese restaurants and friends who had awesome food. I’m so lucky to have those great memories with all the great food

@@mountainclawoutdoors Heck YEAH! Back in the 80s and 90s that was our go to for Vietnamese and Chinese food. Nowadays they are every where in northern VA.

What a good time that festival must have been. Eating all the various foods and eyeballing all the shows.That egg roll and the rice paper noodles was enough for me .I'm full and I'm going home.😁

I love Vietnamese food love a good bowl of beef pho, banh mi sandwiches (preferably bbq meatballs or bbq pork) but banh xeo is probably my favourite Vietnamese dish 😋 I eat loads of those 😋

My wife makes egg rolls. She says the smaller ones like those shown in the video at 15:30 flake easily when frying, and leave burnt bits in the frying oil. She prefers the larger wraps as they don’t have this issue.

Ooooh! That all looked so good! I love Vietnamese food, but there is an awesome pho restaurant in London which is well worth making the effort to find. I am 300 miles away from London, but I will go once or twice a year, and my first stop is always for a steaming bowl of pho bo and a beer

They are trying a food truck thing in the town next to us so hopefully that expands

When I was in school there was a family from Vietnam down the street and I helped teach the son how to speak English and they would feed me delicious. Oh, I wish I could go back, I wish I could go to Vietnam that would be Awesome. You present best food. Keep at it.
