@MYCOOLI1 He's a martial artist with the heart of a fighter. He's supposed to feel that way, whether he was right or wrong, especially with over 40 years experience . Just the same, Bruce Lee was supposed to feel that way as well. A martial artist, competitor or fighter feeling he could beat another isn't putting them down, it's having self confidence. And Jai White's skill set is advanced enough for him to feel the way he does no matter what the outcome would have been.

So many tips that Michael is giving, my Sensei has also been trying to drill into me. For example putting the foot down or back immediately after front kick!! Second, really turning the hip fully into kicks, being almost sideways when you finish; this way to get power into it. We were just working that round kick, similar technique about a week ago. Last I did a seminar few months ago using his hook. Just shows that the true masters and high ranking karate teachers mostly think alike. OSS respect

Michael Jai White is the perfect person to teach Kyokushin Karate being that his fundamentals, technique, and speed are phenomenal. Steven Seagal also has a black belt in Kyokushin Karate since it's a Japanese art that flows well with Aikido. That front snap kick that Seagal has mastered is from Kyokushin Karate and that kick is powerful. Not a fan Karate but Karate has some effective techniques in it and if you're really good at it, and know how to apply it in a freestyle format, it's an effective striking art. Great seminar and good teaching.

From my time in the dojo, I can say that this guy’s legit. It’s a bit different than what I was taught but who cares? It’s better to know something than get caught with nothing. Much respect

Trust me I’ve been a fan of Mr. White. If only I can join his training. I’ve been teaching myself mixed martial arts for good years. I wish I can train with Michael.
