Insanely Over Priced. Guest rooms are tiny. Cheap pavers around pool. Cheap outside kitchen . NO Boat lift for 1.6 Million. Also a hose is needed to fill the pool because they didnt install a levolor Autofill system at that house price point. Gourmet Kitchen ?? These builders are gonna choke on these prices . Its Greed . Pure greed.. That house is a 1.2 million dollar house if it had a 12k Boat lift and in SE east Cape or SW Cape . Not NE or NW Cape
