Love the video! I feel that the secret to discipline is not thinking of it as something you “have to do” and instead something you “get to do”. You chose your life and deciding to workout or wake up early everyday is something that you reap rewards of. Personally, planning and switching my mindset to realising I’m choosing to start a good habit helps me.

hii! firstly thank you for watching 💘 it’s a good question- a few years ago I feel like I was in a bad place in my life and unhappy with who I was. I was unhealthy both mentally and physically but then I realized that I could do something about it 😅 so implementing positive changes helped me SO much and I wanted to make vlogs that could potentially help others in the same situation I was before 🥰

I am a homeschooler and I am in charge of my entire schedule. we go to co-op on monday and i have some work at home, and my mom gave me the full responsibility of planning it out and making sure i get it done. im doing pretty well, i just struggle to sit through the hours of recorded lectures. Im more of a in person kind of student and these lectures are making it hard especially bc they are on the subjects i struggle on so i end up watching so much lecture every day i fall behind. any tips guys?
