Here’s my view: you can believe either way about how you feel, however, there’s enough reasonable doubt that’s been brought to light for it to automatically be not guilty. That’s the part I’m not understanding. If there is reasonable doubt, and there definitely is enough of that in this case, then the person is found not guilty. I think that’s why I’m so frustrated and why people are wondering why it’s taking so long.

WCVB Channel 5 Boston, just played a clip where a good number of Karen Read’s fans, shamefully and inexcusably went to where John O’Keefe’s Mother and Father, Brother and Sister and other extended family members, were staying during the day while the jury deliberates and decided it a decent and fair thing to do, to take photos of them, harass and intimidate them. So uncalled for, so cruel and heartless and so absolutely shameful. Those that participated in this display of disrespect, show that at least some of Karen’s fans are immature, have little in the way of moral character and definitely do not exhibit the type of behavior that I would want or find acceptable for people supporting me, taking part in.

Cellphone stoped moving when he stoped moving at that exact spot, and remained there until found. -That same gps matching data of her car, the speed, the turn, reverse, etc -Her own words, and testimony of first responders and 2 ladies that were with her in the car. “I hit him” or “did I hit him”, regardless of the wording, just the possibility of that in her mind (as she also mentioned in the ABC interview) is incriminating. You don’t wonder if you hit someone, specially after data shows backing up at 24+mph. I do believe she may have not done it in purpose. -Testimony of hos long to die, and the accuracy or testimony of the 2 state experts, explaining exactly how that happened. -Her voicemails, tons of missed calls, show stuff had gone down before he was “dropped off” -Finding the location of the body when even before they parked, which only the person who knew should know, as it was dark and snow had piled up. - Pieces of the glass cup he was holding found in the taillight - John’s hair found in the bumper - No dog DNA found - Video clearly showing headlight was broken before the vehicle was taken to the police garage. - No taillight found in the floor, behind John’s car after she bumped into his vehicle. And no damage to his car either. - Her friends looking at the broken taillight when they arrived to start searching for John (prior to it being at police garage) and her friking out about her taillight being broken according to her friends (sorry forgot their names). She also saying the same thing at the ABC interview, that she was telling her friends about the broke taillight. That automatically debunks theory of it happening in the police garage - Officer Steven Saraf , one of the first to arrive at scene, was told by her “This is my fault. This is my fault. I did this.” - The SUV data of her going in reverse from from 24.2 mph to 23.6 mph which according to the witness it matches what would be a pedestrian impact -Why was John found with the shattered cocktail glass from the bar? Are we to believe this was planted by the Alberts? By the police? - If John was dragged from the inside of the house after being killed, why isn’t there a blood trail and no footprints found? - Car backing up 60 feet and 24mph matching time where John’s phone gps activity mentioned above stopped - John’s clothes having glass from cocktail (where those also planted?) - No dog DNA, but even then, dog bites without it ripping the sleeves?

Do you think that the jury is afraid to say not guilty in fear of retribution from the Albert family because of the power they hold in the city? They sat arms crossed behind the O'Keefe family staring at the jury.
I hate seeing comments about people bashing the jury because they’re taking too long to reach a verdict, calling them unintelligent and the like. They’re performing their civic duty, and they’re clearly doing their due diligence, as they should do. 👏 I’d probably make a list of all favorable evidence on both sides and note how each side rebuts it.

If he had been killed in the basement it would explain all the trips to the window. They would be worried that Karen would come to the door and ask where he is.

I mean. The cops never came inside anyways… so outside front lawn was good enough. Speaking of - if someone that was heading to your house - was found dead in your lawn, would you come outside? Let’s say you are a first responder, do you go help or do anything? - my insides say “yes” If there’s a DB in your yard, would the cops want to come in? Karen was at John's house @ 12:36. With all the people coming and going no one saw John on the lawn. Case closed Karen didn't hit him! If she did, someone would have to have seen his body. Did they just look the other way?

I knew nothing about this case until I started watching the trial. There is no way I could find her guilty, too much reasonable doubt. My son was bit by a german shepherd and the bites look the same. Trooper Paul was a joke, you want to believe him over the experts. Even the medical examiner ruled it undetermined. I don't know if it happened in the house, but all the butt dials and deleted calls and Trooper Procter make this reasonable doubt. And the video being inverted and when Jackson shows the video at 5:06 the tail light does not look like it does when Lally shows it and even the Deigton cop says it only was only cracked. Even the plow driver did not see a body at 2:30 and the Ford Edge which Brain Albert owned. What benefit did the Plow driver have for lying? Nothing adds up. Not Guilty, not proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

After looking there, she got them to go to 34 Fairview, where she’s the only one who saw him in the DARK and BURIED IN SNOW. She knew he was there. If she was INNOCENT, she would have been in bed till 8 am, made some coffee, and wondered where John was, then calmly inquired some people if they knew where he slept. She is innocent. This must be hell for this poor woman. The last three witnesses explained very well why it is impossible that John O'Keefe was hit by a car. I don't get why anyone would think she hit him with her car.

Are you okay? Her car data shows she had a pedestrian collision at the exact mileage that put her at Fairview by going in reverse at 24 mph for 60 feet. Her tail light is at the scene and John’s phone never moved from the place where her car was placed by several witnesses. I’m shook that people actually think she’s innocent.

See, my problem is that I actually do think she is guilty. But it is nothing more than a gut feeling. The investigation was conducted so incredibly poorly that I am afraid John will never get justice, there’s no substantial evidence of any cohesive narrative. So even with my gut feeling I would have to vote for “not guilty”. Too many holes, too much space for reasonable doubt…

That behavior outside the courthouse is enough to convict her, she must've did it, she hated having no control of their relationship. She can control those children outside the courthouse acting like a celebrity, its the most disrespectful thing you can do in a murder trial, posing for fan photos with children of parents that are protesting a murder victim.

Smart people know that the vehicle expert never even bothered to look at the relevant vehicle data, but he did prove that Karen Read could not have broken her taillight by backing into John's vehicle. The other expert said only that he did not know what happened

Here’s my view: you can believe either way about how you feel, however, there’s enough reasonable doubt that’s been brought to light for it to automatically be not guilty. That’s the part I’m not understanding. If there is reasonable doubt, and there definitely is enough of that in this case, then the person is found not guilty. I think that’s why I’m so frustrated and why people are wondering why it’s taking so long.
There is no reasonable doubt surrounding the proof that Karen hit John with her car. The rest was a defense distraction

It’s because it’s hard to believe the defense could argue the alleged “frame job” and “conspiracy theory” when the FBI and the Federal Grand Jury found there was no “frame job” and “conspiracy”. No charges/indictments on public corruption offences, etc, were laid against any person/s (including the Alberts, the McCabes, or Michael Proctor, etc). Obviously the investigation is over (regardless of the KR verdict). The defense running on arguments verified to be unproven, false and untrue, is not true justice for Officer JO ⚖️.

WCVB Channel 5 Boston, just played a clip where a good number of Karen Read’s fans, shamefully and inexcusably went to where John O’Keefe’s Mother and Father, Brother and Sister and other extended family members, were staying during the day while the jury deliberates and decided it a decent and fair thing to do, to take photos of them, harass and intimidate them. So uncalled for, so cruel and heartless and so absolutely shameful. Those that participated in this display of disrespect, show that at least some of Karen’s fans are immature, have little in the way of moral character and definitely do not exhibit the type of behavior that I would want or find acceptable for people supporting me, taking part in.

-Her own words, and testimony of first responders and 2 ladies that were with her in the car. “I hit him” or “did I hit him”, regardless of the wording, just the possibility of that in her mind (as she also mentioned in the ABC interview) is incriminating. You don’t wonder if you hit someone, specially after data shows backing up at 24+mph. I do believe she may have not done it in purpose.
-Testimony of hos long to die, and the accuracy or testimony of the 2 state experts, explaining exactly how that happened.
-Her voicemails, tons of missed calls, show stuff had gone down before he was “dropped off”
-Finding the location of the body when even before they parked, which only the person who knew should know, as it was dark and snow had piled up.
- Pieces of the glass cup he was holding found in the taillight
- John’s hair found in the bumper
- No dog DNA found
- Video clearly showing headlight was broken before the vehicle was taken to the police garage.
- No taillight found in the floor, behind John’s car after she bumped into his vehicle. And no damage to his car either.
- Her friends looking at the broken taillight when they arrived to start searching for John (prior to it being at police garage) and her friking out about her taillight being broken according to her friends (sorry forgot their names). She also saying the same thing at the ABC interview, that she was telling her friends about the broke taillight. That automatically debunks theory of it happening in the police garage
- Officer Steven Saraf , one of the first to arrive at scene, was told by her “This is my fault. This is my fault. I did this.”
- The SUV data of her going in reverse from from 24.2 mph to 23.6 mph which according to the witness it matches what would be a pedestrian impact
-Why was John found with the shattered cocktail glass from the bar? Are we to believe this was planted by the Alberts? By the police?
- If John was dragged from the inside of the house after being killed, why isn’t there a blood trail and no footprints found?
- Car backing up 60 feet and 24mph matching time where John’s phone gps activity mentioned above stopped
- John’s clothes having glass from cocktail (where those also planted?)
- No dog DNA, but even then, dog bites without it ripping the sleeves?

I hate seeing comments about people bashing the jury because they’re taking too long to reach a verdict, calling them unintelligent and the like. They’re performing their civic duty, and they’re clearly doing their due diligence, as they should do. 👏 I’d probably make a list of all favorable evidence on both sides and note how each side rebuts it.

I knew nothing about this case until I started watching the trial. There is no way I could find her guilty, too much reasonable doubt. My son was bit by a german shepherd and the bites look the same. Trooper Paul was a joke, you want to believe him over the experts. Even the medical examiner ruled it undetermined. I don't know if it happened in the house, but all the butt dials and deleted calls and Trooper Procter make this reasonable doubt. And the video being inverted and when Jackson shows the video at 5:06 the tail light does not look like it does when Lally shows it and even the Deigton cop says it only was only cracked. Even the plow driver did not see a body at 2:30 and the Ford Edge which Brain Albert owned. What benefit did the Plow driver have for lying? Nothing adds up. Not Guilty, not proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

She’ll be found Not Guilty because of these Keystone Cops, but she did it. She was So Drunk (7 drinks in an hour) and she vaguely recollected what she did when she woke up. She started driving at around 5 am, and went by 34 Fairview, and saw him there. So she went to Jenn’s House and tried to get them to go to 34 Fairview, but they insisted on going back to his house. After looking there, she got them to go to 34 Fairview, where she’s the only one who saw him in the DARK and BURIED IN SNOW. She knew he was there. None of those people in that “CONSPIRACY” made Karen do any of that. She did it. If she was INNOCENT, she would have been in bed till 8 am, made some coffee, and wondered where John was, then calmly inquired some people if they knew where he slept. INSTEAD: SHE IMMEDIATELY WENT TO: “HE’S OUT IN THE SNOW!!!!!” How would she know that?

Are you okay? Her car data shows she had a pedestrian collision at the exact mileage that put her at Fairview by going in reverse at 24 mph for 60 feet. Her tail light is at the scene and John’s phone never moved from the place where her car was placed by several witnesses. I’m shook that people actually think she’s innocent.

If he threw the glass at the taillight of her car, which was on the road, how did that glass end up 30 feet away on the grass next to his body? It would be on the road where it landed BEFORE she hit him.

There is no way 12 people could ever find KR not guilty. None of the alleged “frame job” and “conspiracy theory” matters if there’s no evidence and it doesn’t show a crime. Which we know there isn’t, and it doesn’t, as the FBI and Federal Grand Jury found no evidence of such (if there was they would have turned it over) and no charges/indictments were laid. That investigation is over whether some people like it or not ⚖️!

(a). “KR was in shock”.
(b). “JO’s death had been an innocent accident”.
(c). “KR had no criminal intent”.
(d). “KR loved this man and was devastated”.
5. Via an interview KR’s father advised she had said to him shortly after JO was found:
(a). “Dad I think I struck something”.
(b). “I remember backing up and hitting something”.
(c). KR was obviously not referring to hitting JO’s vehicle as she would not have used the word “something”.

KR calling JO 53 times and via voice mails saying things such as; “John I f***ing hate you”, “John I’m here with your f***ing kids”, “You are a f***ing pervert”, “I’m with your f***ing niece and nephew, you f***ing pervert”, “you’re a f***ing pervert”, “you’re a f***ing loser” and “f*** yourself”.
7. KR had also said via an interview: “What I thought could have happened was that did I incapacitate him unwittingly, somehow, and then in his drunkenness, he passed out”?
8. It appears at some stage after the state upgraded the charges to second degree murder the following also occurred.
9. Pursuant to to court documents (attested to via an affidavit of LE with the evidence) KR provided a blogger with confidential information in more than 40 hours of conversations during 189 phone calls and via other methods of communication, from 17 April 2023.
10. The alleged “frame job” and “conspiracy theory” started coming out publicly.
11. Via interviews KR changed what she had previously said at p2(c)-(e).

See, my problem is that I actually do think she is guilty. But it is nothing more than a gut feeling. The investigation was conducted so incredibly poorly that I am afraid John will never get justice, there’s no substantial evidence of any cohesive narrative. So even with my gut feeling I would have to vote for “not guilty”. Too many holes, too much space for reasonable doubt…

That behavior outside the courthouse is enough to convict her, she must've did it, she hated having no control of their relationship. She can control those children outside the courthouse acting like a celebrity, its the most disrespectful thing you can do in a murder trial, posing for fan photos with children of parents that are protesting a murder victim.

Obviously you haven’t been watching the trial because the FBI experts clearly said “OJO injuries were NOT caused by being hit by a car they are NOT consistent with any type of car accident, 0 injuries from the neck down & there was NO car accident” the other experts explained the physics of how it was impossible for OJO to have been hit by a car like they said & how Not 1 injury he sustained is consistent with being hit by a car”
