How **NOT** to Restore the Headlights: $1000 Budget Project Colt Part 8

Antonio's headlight were not dreadful but sure needed some attention. So I manned up and with the help of UA-cam restored some headlights for the first time.
With the Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart off being forged I got an interim car that needed some love but with forging the engine of the Colt Ralliart taking up the car budget, it only left $1000 of mods and fixes for Antonio the Colt Cabriolet (CZC, Z37A).

You'd be surprised how using chrome polish and a cloth towel can clean up yellowed polycarbonate.
Then you can follow it up with some car polish and then wax to smoothen things out.
