The S15 6 speed gearbox has very strong centreing springs which are inside the gearbox itself. When using the CUBE Speed short shifter these springs return the shifter lever to the 3-4 gate when in neutral very strongly and positively (due to the pivot points we have used). This makes gear selection with our shifter very accurate.
We found with this gearbox that no additional centring mechanism was necessary and would of made selecting reverse very difficult. Also the factory shifter does not have a centreing mecanhism/springs either.

does the short shifter have some type of spring mechanism for it to bounce back to Neutral when i put it back to Neutral
can the shifter be used without the top half? or do you have smaller top sections available?
Our shifter could be used without the top half. Unfortunately we don't offer our short shifter with shorter top sections at this stage and so you would need to custom fabricate a new top section or you could cut ours so it is a bit shorter
where are yall located will i get anu warrenty or whats the return policy because i dont wana risk spending and it not working due to the fact that this is the only short shifter i have found for my sr20det

hey so ive been looking for a short shifter for my s15 sr20det 6 speed which is in a s13 240sx hatch will this shifter work for me bevause this is the only one ive seen up for sale due to people saying they discontinued them for an unknown reason @cubespeed
