Being a TISS ODCL student, I agree with their points. This course will equip you with the new age learning with incredible placement figures.
Very informative video. I am having 2.11 years of work experience and want to transition my career in management. Please suggest interview tips.
Very informative video! With two years of work experience, I’m eager to transition into a career in change management. Could you please share some expert tips to ace interviews in this field?
Good course, comparatively easy to get in as it requires work exp so not everyone can apply. And placements are as good as any other top B school.
Being a current student of the ODCL program at TISS, I truly appreciate how this video encapsulates the essence of the course. The ODCL program is transformative for those passionate about driving meaningful organizational change and leadership. It equips us with the tools and frameworks to tackle real-world challenges effectively. While every course has its scope for improvement, the value lies in how you embrace the learning opportunities it offers. For those aspiring to join, trust the process, stay open to growth, and you'll find it immensely rewarding!
Absolutely agree with you brother🤝🤝👍🏾👍🏾
I'll be completing 2 years of work experience in June this year. Am I eligible for TISS ODCL, or do they require 2 years of experience before the application deadline?
Your work ex will be calculated till 1st May, 2025, if you have more than 24 months of work experience on that particular day, you are eligible otherwise not.
"CAT went well! Anyone here aiming for TISS ODCL? What's the typical cutoff or profile requirements for this program? Would love some insights!"
This is the 1st time ODCL is accepting CAT score so it is difficult to comment on the cutoff. Last year none of the predictions worked when CUET score was considered. So if you satisfy the min. percentile set by the institute you should definitely apply if you're considering this course. Provided you have 24 months of workex as of march.
Very informative video. I am having 1.5 years of work experience and want to switch my career in leadership role, Organisation development. Please suggest some interview tips.
Hi Priyam,
You can go through change management frameworks and recommended books mentioned on tiss website to ace interview.
@ashishanand4471 Thankyou Ashish...will definitely go through it!
Hey everyone, I am having 2+ years of work ex, and CAT went decent, can anyone suggest how to prepare for ODCL interviews and where to prepare from?
Have a CAT percentile of 99.3% and as an aspirant for the TISS ODCL program
What are the typical roles and industries graduates of the ODCL program work in?
Let's compare objective facts rather than just tooting horns. TISS ODCL stands out with its focused curriculum on Organizational Development and Change Leadership, offering an average placement package of around 25 LPA with top recruiters in consulting, strategy, and leadership roles. With a small batch size (30-40 students), it ensures a low teacher-to-student ratio, providing personalized attention and mentorship. In terms of ROI, ODCL is exceptional, considering the relatively affordable fees compared to baby IIMs. Baby IIMs, while carrying the IIM tag, often have larger batch sizes, average placements between 10-15 LPA, and lack the same level of specialization. TISS’s strong legacy in leadership education makes ODCL a much more lucrative and focused option, offering better ROI in the long term!
I am an aspirant, based on percentile calculators scoring around 96.5. I am genuinely considering odcl as i have 3+ years of work ex.
It's disheartening to look at the comments what appears to be an act of sabotage.
If someone can please genuinely help me out whether or not to pursue the course , it'll be really helpful.
Hey Muskan, I am in the same boat scoring around 95% and have 4yrs of work ex in IT industry. I have joined in one of the sessions conducted by TISS ODCL students they cleared all my doubts and even I have gone through the alum's profile they are placed in top companies with good roles, so I believe we should give it a shot.
@somasaha6197 lovely! Can we connect offline? I'll send you a linkedin connect shortly, maybe we can create a study group for the same. And please let me know if there are any such sessions planned ahead!
Very insightful video
TISS ODCL program is the only program which has given four refrence books for someone to choose wisely "why should they pursue this course" and after going through that all my questions were answered and here I am very much satisfied with the course as it is for the leadership roles thats the only reason this course requires mature people who have at least two years of work ex so that it becomes easy to mould them for leadership roles having understood the corporate ball game they are the most suitable and mature lot for this program .
I have a workex of 3.5 years? What kind of roles can I get after Odcl? What was the highest placement and average?
Very informative video
You know the course is promising when students of the so called legacy course take out dedicated time to post negative comments from secondary youtube accounts.
To all the aspirants out there, I just want to qoute Buddha here: " Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it."
Most inflated placements
Dont spoil your future choose a iim
As an aspirant, I'm curious to know what types of roles ODCL graduates typically secure after completing the program and how it prepares students for leadership positions in organizational development?
Can someone confirm if Group Discussion (GD) is a part of the selection process this year like last year ? Any updates would be really helpful. Please share!"
Like it. Very informative.
TISS ODCL provides an incredible learning experience. Faculties are industry experts, students are from diverse backgrounds. It is packed with internships, field visits, guest lecturers and a curated course curriculum. Go for the most relevant course in this Vuka world.
Abhishek my brother ❤
TISS ODCL provides an unique opportunity not only in terms of education, research and placements but also in terms of networking and peer learning. One of the best ROI in the country. The added advantage is the whole batch has work ex of atleast 2 years. It gives a compounding effect for the whole batch when it comes to placements.
In addition to this, all the fieldworks, Leadership as a service immersion, and curriculum revolving around evidence based management does equips you with all the tools one requries to take the corporate jungle head on.
The comments are 100% true! It’s a lost cause. No legacy of the course and an extremely niche course.
After this delusional "cuts across verticals", ODCL = Only Dreaming, Completely Lost 😂 with the fake placements.
Aspirants please find the correct full form of ODCL as per TISS website: Organisation Development, Change and Leadership
Please don't get manipulated by comments from random people
*Cross department connection..?...they try to poach employers from Social Work....😅
*Bhai abhishek after work ex also you dont know how to answer : Sir asked how people with no prior knowledge can excel in this course aur tumne diversity ki ghatiya si defination chep di.
* On ROI 😂😂 when they started to answer...all the roles are of HR ( now you know how they wanna portray themselves as👀)
* Org. Think that they are HR course thats why they get picked up mostly....and why do org. Think ki woh HR hai...kyuki yehlog chhup chhup ke bolte hai ki hum HR hi hai...😂😂
*Fig are so fake...cant even begin to explain...even after work ex they are not able to get jobs on their own...they rely on other courses PLACECOMM.
