- If you want to explore dudhsagar fully choose week days ,because they are not allowing to dudhsagar at weekends .by walk you guys can trek with proper guide , with out guide they are not allowing anyone . #dudhsagar#waterfalls#
There are two options:
1) exit the train between kulem and doodhsagar stations mostly at sonalium at early mornings like 3AM and trek towards falls you won't find police at that time you can enjoy the falls early in the morning
2) Better trek from castelrock towards doodhsagar to enjoy the nature
Ya we missed it.
Doodhsagar Trekking on Rail tracks is strictly stopped by police in 2022 as many groups from KA came in 2021. So guys don't plan to come by tracks route. Other option is from kullem with the forest vehicles which are opened after September. We had trip in 2021 n on weekday as we knew Sunday they wud not allow.
Ya true bro ..but we don't have any information about that.
We did last year in month of October we took guide from kulem . Via Goa express from belagavi which reached at early morning 5 :30 then we got freshup and started our 13 kms trek reached dudhsagar around 11 .then enjoyed the view and came back to kulem by some random train which stops for some 2 mins at dudhsagar railway station .
Guide also arranged breakfast in the middle .
This Goa express (12780)also stops stops at dudhsagar in early morning 4 Am their you can get down but it will be completely dark you have wait near by till morning .
If you like to do a trekking it's not that difficult but can be done with group of friends .

It's better to take a trek of 14km from castlerock to doodh Sagar then you will get the best experience

Bro travel in Train from castle Rock side and get down in Dudhsagar station. Trek for a km and after finishing exploring the place walk towards Kulem for 11kms. People who come from Kulem side trek is not allowed due to cops. Cops will be there in Kulem, Sonalium both stations. They just want to avoid maximum people entering that's all. They don't care for anything anyone. I also got to know and did what I just said now. From Kulem side trek is too strict because of monsoon season and railway inspection scenes. Reach Dudhsagar in early morning and train travel in midnight. You will get trains passing through these places in midnight also for ex: Yesvantpur Goa is best train for early morning Dudhsagar views..

Trekking from castle Rock to doodhsagar and trekking from kulem to doodhsagar through railway track and tunnel is only available and allowed in Monday to Thursday .... Friday to Sunday it's restricted and if we do trekking on track and police saw us then they will put case and fyn. Please sir inform everyone.
