Tried your recipe one hour back / 600 ml water evaporation in 15 minutes on medium high flame with lid covered is next to impossible / after 25 minutes chicken was soft / at least 250 ml chicken stock was also good / 250 ml in which last 10 minutes cooked with lid open and on high flame
