God Bless you for sharing this! The Lord knew I needed to hear this today as I woke up this morning feeling very burdened and unsettled with all the tasks that need to be completed this week. Treat your schedule like an appointment. That is certainly great. I think in our fast communication world we allow other things to steam roll our schedules rather than allowing our yes to mean yes. An integrity issue.. Offft :). Thanks Reagan.

This is SO helpful! I really like the challenge of keeping appointments with myself! And the Weekly Shutdown is exactly what I need. I struggle with working from home, being single and just going full blast as long as I have any bit of energy left. Then, crashing from exhaustion with a big mess to clean up. I am definitely going to try to implement both of these excellent ideas!
