I like both of them. I'm not sure if this is a hot take or not, but I think Demon Hunter had the worst songs in KF2.

The demon hunter tracks kicking in during high waves was one of my favorite parts of kf2
demon hunter songs hit like trucks when they were new, killing floor was early access, and you were alone in solo hell on earth. running from raging scrakes and fleshpounds as the final zeds rage towards you before cutting them down was badass. kf2 could have been 'badass' still if it kept its realistic gritty dark feeling.

it's probably because during the time of KF2's height I migrated my musical preference. going through high school at the time I ended up finding Old School Death Metal and the more obscure layers of music that entails. It's not like I despise demon hunter, but I have a large list of albums I would choose first. it's also a long list, for the record, which is why I'll refrain from copy pasting my text file.
I remember playing the first Killing Floor and getting blasted through my window when the Metal tracks just starts screeching out head exploding riffs and bone crushing drum fills.
Good times, well worth the military grade tinnitus!
Sounding good! I spent many hours in KF1 and KF2, can't wait to see how KF3 improves on the formula!

@@TartarusPyro i think Britain got nuked after kf1 so if it somehow returned id imagine it would be like nuked in kf2. Unlikely it will return but i wont argue if it did.
Tripwire said they were gonna make KF3 more fast paced than KF2, kinda like Doom 2016/Eternal levels of fast-paced.

Finally a game to get excited about! Still remember early access in the mid 2010s
It's about the only game to get excited for in the last couple years. Killing Floor 2 is still one of the best online multiplayer games ever made.
I mean this with all respect but please don’t get your hopes up. I felt the exact same with Payday 3 and we seen how that went… 😞

Even though it's not zYnthetic, Rocky Gray created amazing music for Killing Floor 2, and this one is also really good! But don't be discouraged, folks! Let's wait for all the composers of the game; we'll likely have some great music. 🎵
I'm so hyped for this game. Been patiently waiting for it since the reveal trailer and hearing this track only makes me want it more. Also would be cool to see tracks from artists such as Demon Hunter, Living Sacrifice, Impending Doom and Fit For a King again

As of right now this is only the second song. They usually have a wide variety when it hits release.

sadly but looks like KF 3 gonna be ruined with that mid dollar store "kInDa mEtAl" soundtrack that completely has zero vibe of the Killing Floor itself, it's like you gonna remove the Gordon from Doom.. Pathetic, Zynthethic WAS 50% of killing floor, for me.

Will we get both instrumental and vocals like in KF2? I quite enjoyed that, I still listen to a lot of the songs that were in the game, they were quite good!
From Rocky Gray I think it will be instrumental only, half of KF2 songs were from bands like Demon Hunter and Fit for a King. If they're going to do the same is a mystery but It would be dope. I hope for some Motionless in White there

zYnthetic? please where's zYnthetic.. like, this ain't bad!! but i really do crave the grittiness of zYnthetic, while this might sound modern it lacks the grittiness that zYnthetic added all the way back to KF1 with his unfiltered, heavenly nasty sounding unfiltered hits

@@ginger15103 The only KF I stand by is the original Killing Floor, KF2 lost it's way long ago, this peaked my interest because I am still subscribed to Tripwire, but the more I see anything of KF3, the more I just know I am not coming back unfortunately.

They're all in on the proactive sci-fi power fantasy, the filth-and-struggle vibes will never bless us in this franchise ever again.

Because its gonna be like KF2, probably more of the same and far from what made the first one any good.

@@vegetasasuke0 Except the second game was so much more fluid and enjoyable to play in every way. The first game is alright, but the weapons don't feel nice to use and the progression system is much worse.
@@Underdrill I preferred the playstyle and atmosphere compared to 2, sure the gameplay felt fluid, but to me all the weapons felt like they didn't have much of an impact because all the zeds felt bullet sponge-y

If Tripwire ever read this, please flesh out the weapon upgrade system. KF2 upgrade system is really bad, there is no point of upgrading weapon aka no weapon stat customization. I would love to freely, for example, add scope or lazer sight or change weapon stock to any weapon I want.
