Sir you said about plot on installments that the deal should be done on stamp paper.
I have taken a plot on instalments in Islamabad cooperative housing society and installments are not yet over. The society office has given me deal in printed paper , not stamp paper.
After listening to your advice , i asked the office cashier to give me deal in printed paper buy he declined. He said you pay installments in bank so that's enough. I also asked about registration with notary public in kutchehry but he says its not necessary. Please tell me what to do.

Usman Bhai by court Partition case was registered.Almost 03 Years passed but Tesildar is not cleaning case with out Bribe.How to tackle this case by court.Even our advocates don't take legal action.They are also used to give Bribe.
