In my experience, the feelings of shame, fear, etc. will still come up from time to time because you're resisting them. IMHO better to let them wash through you and come back to your center.

You can't trust the judgement of controlling and negative minded human beings. I'm walking on my path, I have no worries that love will find me. I had put in a bid and prayers already, for my twin flame and my soulmate to be in my life together in due time. I've had a chance to meet them, and connect with them. They are my soul family. They will be back, but right now...there are neurodivergent children that need my help badly. I take charge of my own happiness, and I embrace all of my emotions. Myself, I wish we could stop the killings, hold the real culprits accountable, and live in a world that we can proudly pass on to future generations, rather than be known as the generation that had a chance to fix things, but either were too afraid, didn't care, or just downright had their heads buried in the sand to do anything about it. Just a little note about myself, I was raised in what one would call a very unique household. My brother was a pro level boxer, did collections for the Seattle mafia, etc. He was my idol growing up since we didn't have our real fathers. If I could change as drastically as I have in just a few years, then anything is possible. I no longer carry the burden of anger, hate, guilt, etc. I love everyone, you included. In the past, before my "enlightenment" I used to call out guys who acted all tough on line. I would offer to pay their air fare, told them exactly where I lived, and then handle it like a couple of men. You know, I never once had a single taker. Now I just tell people I love them no matter what, because, in the end, that is all that really matters. Peace brother

Anyway, I have never been afraid of dying, secondly my roommates have enough fire power to take care of it, and thirdly we have dogs, big ones, one that can hear a pin drop a mile away. I am taking my two room mates who are like my brother and sister with me. Bless you Daniel, may you know peace and love in your life and find your own true path. It's an amazing journey once you find that one path. It took me a lot of years, and I have bounced back from alcoholism and drug abuse, and am in the best mental and spiritual state I have ever been, even though I have Parkinson Disease, the symptoms are slowly getting easier to deal with. Thanks for the advice brother, I plan on following through with it.
