@@uncanadien5258 I know.. should have been CS Montreal instead.. for Club de Soccer.. but annoying to go the same way as the majority.. I would have totally kept the Impact name instead..
Hey, really liked the video. Just a bit of context behind the reason why names seem to repeat a lot in football ("soccer") is because the names usually give context on how the club was created. Unlike the MLS, the clubs/teams have over 100 years of history, so the names make a lot more sense in context than over there. Some examples are -United: it means the team was created as a fusion of two clubs in the same city, who at the time united, since teams were created by working-class men in factories or other aspects of life, and it was the only way to keep the club alive and running either in times of economic hardship or just to play other teams in the area. -Albion: Usually used by English clubs, the name is an old term to represent England. -Town, City, County, or FC: mostly to represent the city or neighborhood the team was founded in. -Real: Mostly the teams that got the name as a title given back then as an honor or reward by Spanish royals. So, like, Real Madrid was once just called Madrid until the title was given to them, same for Real Betis and Real Sociedad. -Atlético, Athletic, Club, Olympique, or Sporting: mostly these teams were created back then as a multi-sport organization; hence the reason these teams also play basketball, rugby, etc. It's just that over the course of time, football became the most popular sport in that team's organization. They still operate their other divisions, but overall the popularity is mostly centered in football. -Borussia: meaning Prussia, what Germany was called at the time (Borussia Dortmund or Borussia Mönchengladbach), although Dortmund was named after a brewery. -Although there are company names like Bayer Leverkusen (yes, the pharmaceutical company), mostly created by the workers and employees of that company. (only exception is Red Bull, which these teams are hated by almost everyone)
forgot to mention Inter or Internacional means the team welcomed foreign or immigrant players into their team since, at the time, a lot of clubs used to only play with players from the country the team was located in.
Please never stop these and make your way through Europe! entertaining af!

she won't do it because she's a woman☕ who probably doesn't see or doesn't calculate in her head that if she made videos about rating logos from other leagues she would have a lot of views on them, besides you can see how this video stands out in views compared to her other latest videos.
Wish you ranked the old Chicago fire logo
1997, or 2019?
I've been deep in a stardew valley grind lately and I'm still not tired of the music
Red Bull own a LOT of sports teams. Even an F1 team.
2:07 CF meand "Club de Futbol"
Montreal club had another name than CF a couple of years ago, but owner back then seem to wanted to connect more to the city so they changed it to CF Montreal, which in French means Club de Football Montreal
"Connect more to the city" if only they knew nobody in Montréal call the sport football.
@@uncanadien5258 I know.. should have been CS Montreal instead.. for Club de Soccer.. but annoying to go the same way as the majority.. I would have totally kept the Impact name instead..
That's a shame because Montreal Impact is a superior name imo. Their new name makes it sound like they're trying hard to be a French club.
do a ranking christmas movies/ christmas foods/ things like that
As a columbus crew fan I feel targeted 😂😂 now I Wana do a video ranking makeup logos, or nail polish, or computer stuff or what ever your into 😅
@@tykobes4132 omg yesss
Watching this to piss off my MLS fan friend :)
Hey, really liked the video.
Just a bit of context behind the reason why names seem to repeat a lot in football ("soccer") is because the names usually give context on how the club was created. Unlike the MLS, the clubs/teams have over 100 years of history, so the names make a lot more sense in context than over there. Some examples are
-United: it means the team was created as a fusion of two clubs in the same city, who at the time united, since teams were created by working-class men in factories or other aspects of life, and it was the only way to keep the club alive and running either in times of economic hardship or just to play other teams in the area.
(only exception is Red Bull, which these teams are hated by almost everyone)
forgot to mention Inter or Internacional means the team welcomed foreign or immigrant players into their team since, at the time, a lot of clubs used to only play with players from the country the team was located in.
i actually love this series lol
Do an England soccer teams logos tier list, all of them are really cool. It seems that you'll love it
I know it's kinda out of context, but it will be very cool if you could rank the colombian soccer clubs logos one day. Great video BTW.
I saw the cute girl in the thumbnail and clicked on it immediately
The face she makes when she says Futbol😭😭 love it!
they never play as a team , and they won't until the new season , that is the only reason I can think of , Charlotte only started 2 years ago
