    Hello, I love your videos. I have a persistent struggle that professionals I've spoken with seem to not know how to work with, & I'm desperate to find relief (I've talked with 3 therapists, & even asked questions @ the IOCDF conference last year): I have been diagnosed with ADHD (mixed type) and a subtype of OCD known as ‘Just Right OCD’. I attempted using competing responses, covering my hands, and all these excellent tips, but nothing seems to beat that satisfying feeling of smoothing out the rough spots. This TOO-strong urge hits me hard when I’m BOTH overwhelmed from burnout *&* on the hunt for ADHD stimuli. It’s like I can’t stop myself from dropping everything just to get that perfect smoothness (even if it takes over my ENTIRE afternoon or night), even if there’s something covering the area, my hand somehow finds a way to lift it off. It’s been running my life, & I feel completely hopeless.
