I doubt the Kuwait arc is over, and for a diabetic who is chronically complaining about thirst, you'd think she would lay off the salt-laden foods and sugary drinks. But complaining is easy, active lifestyle changes are hard.

Today's was especially eye-opening. Imagine if someone was simply counting calories and could brag they were only around 1800, when all the while, the nutrition (if you could call it that) was mortifying!

I was willing to give her a pass on the airport food, I've been in situations where I was so hungry I couldn't think straight and was on the verge of crying lmao and perhaps she was in a similar situation. I wouldn't think God would smite someone for eating the nearest thing in that kind of situation...but then...I haven't traveled, but surely an airport convience store must have yogurt parfaits or other similar items. Any fast food place has _something_ without meat in it. She could eat a fkn cookie or something to clear her head enough to think and get to the halal food. I am not Jewish, but I often select kosher food, especially when I order on line for things like nuts and seeds. When I used to eat meat I preferred kosher meats. It''s not a big sacrifice, just more expensive and I had more confidence in the freshness and quality of the food.
Did a quick check and she has halal food and grocery stores in Cornwall. Also found it interesting how quickly her awful gastric distress was a non-issue as she stuffed in all that greasy, carb and sodium laden into herself. As she was complaining about being thirsty - that is likely a consequence of high blood sugar which will make her so thirsty. It also looked like she chose a window seat which meant she had to climb over other passengers to use the restroom.
The world is very diverse now and airports are probably the best places to find diverse menus and foods. She has no intention of eating halal food or following the Muslim faith which let’s face it she’s done the very bare minimum for over a year 😊Thanks Sansa 👍

Nah it's hard to find food that's not halal in a Muslim country. She simply couldn't get bacon or something in Kuwait.
That's why I think tracking your macros is so important when you're trying to lose weight.

I've commented before that she's on her phone all day, yet, she has neither Googled the term "Ha..l," nor the opposite term...(and I can't say it because I landed in UA-cam gaol for 24 hours for using those terms before, in somebody else's comment section, go figure.🙄) Nor has she discussed it in depth with Salah, seemingly. That's why people call her ignorant (or worse.) She seems to think it's just about not eating pork. It's more about how the animals have been raised and dispatched and must also be prepared by a Mu..im. I only know that because I watched a Middle-Eastern documentary on Al Jazeera English, several years ago. I was willing to give her a pass on the airport food, I've been in situations where I was so hungry I couldn't think straight and was on the verge of crying lmao and perhaps she was in a similar situation. I wouldn't think God would smite someone for eating the nearest thing in that kind of situation...but then...I haven't traveled, but surely an airport convience store must have yogurt parfaits or other similar items. Any fast food place has _something_ without meat in it. She could eat a fkn cookie or something to clear her head enough to think and get to the halal food. And if she's diabetic she should be planning her snacks/stops out ahead of time. So nvm, I don't give her a pass on anything. 😂

I get the feeling that she has completed some sort of deal that she had with Salah. I don't know if it is money, or what, but she's oozing dupers delight. Maybe it's not even Salah- maybe her debt, or her false alibi, or something else. She's achieved something and she can now drop the cosplay which i reckon will take her no more than a week. She straight away dropped the common Arabic phrases already.

I am not Jewish, but I often select kosher food, especially when I order on line for things like nuts and seeds. When I used to eat meat I preferred kosher meats. It''s not a big sacrifice, just more expensive and I had more confidence in the freshness and quality of the food.
Did a quick check and she has halal food and grocery stores in Cornwall. Also found it interesting how quickly her awful gastric distress was a non-issue as she stuffed in all that greasy, carb and sodium laden into herself. As she was complaining about being thirsty - that is likely a consequence of high blood sugar which will make her so thirsty. It also looked like she chose a window seat which meant she had to climb over other passengers to use the restroom.
The world is very diverse now and airports are probably the best places to find diverse menus and foods. She has no intention of eating halal food or following the Muslim faith which let’s face it she’s done the very bare minimum for over a year 😊Thanks Sansa 👍

Imagining myself eating takeout packaged foods for evey meal every day actually exhausts me. I feel out of control and cranky when I can't cook for myself and it's not a choice. Not to mention I can't spend 30-50 dollars a day on food.

My two cents.
I’m vegetarian with a LOT of food allergies. I also travel very often… I manage (insert dramatic hand on head) somehow to eat and not get sick. (Eye roll 😒) Google and yelp are my best friends when I go anywhere. It’s totally possible but let’s remember rule 2 in GORL world…. Chantel is lazy AF.
