Love my KLX110! I also bought a 110L and have a blast flying around on them I'm 220lbs, 6'3" and it gets me around with no problem I thoroughly enjoy riding it for sure.

Great series. I have viewed several of the videos and they were all helpful. Please do one on the ttr90.
the most important mod for the the KLX110L is if its a young rider the toss the stock shock in the bin and fit a FOX MXR air rear shock, its fully adjustable and then the back of the bike actually moves when a 8 yr old is riding it, as opposed to trying to break their back......

Y’all need to do a KX 65. I’m fixing to get one so I need to know how they are.
Power wise exhaust recommended 4.1 or a yoshi and a bigger carb and bbt u flow noticeable power gains and also if you want more power go 143cc big bore and re jet it and that thing will rip nice vid man
im asking this bike for christmas i wanted a honda crf110f but i realized it has no clutch then i looked at this bike also didnt have a cluth but thx to the vid ik that u can attach a lever

As a beginner, i'm trying to figure out what is better for me. I know that 2 stroke bikes might be faster but do you think a 4 stroke 250 kx might be something i can grow on from the beginning?

I think I'm going to get one of these brand new for my son. I've been shopping for used one and it's ridiculous. People want top-dollar for bikes that are 15 years old and beat to hell. I'd rather spend a bit more and get something new.
2 years later and a Used klx110's are going for the price or Brand new.

Which of Tusk T-10 bars is the closest to the stock bar? I assume the mini high bend. Is that correct?

How similar is the size of the KLX110 to the KX65? I know the seat height is a about 3 inches higher on the KX because of longer travel suspension, but are the cockpit dimensions pretty much the same. My son fits the 110 pretty much exactly like the kid in the video, and is saying he's feeling to big for it, and I'm wondering if it worth switching up to the 65. Or if he's going to feel just as cramped on the 65?
*Kings17court* We would recommend the 65 or 85. Depends really on how much bigger you want to go and for him to grow into? As far as the cockpit goes while sitting on the bike these two bike are pretty close. I know stepping up to the 85 would open the cockpit a lot more than the 65. I would have you go to your local dealer, friend or neighbor that has the bike and let him size it up, see how it feels? Hope this helps you out. Thanks for watching!
Yeah, we went to the dealer, and they felt pretty similar. Even the seat height wasn't as different as I was expecting. The KLX110 has a really stiff rear end, which barely moves at all. Even though he only weighs 75 lbs, the rear visibly lowers when he sits on the KX65, negating some of the difference in seat height. I really want him to experience the explosive power of a 2-stroke. Maybe I could get a KX65, and put higher handle bars, with an attempt at opening up the cockpit a bit --- any recommendations on some bars? Thanks for the response, and the advise. By the way, the dealer had no 85's, so I couldn't get an idea of how far away he is from fitting an 85.

Rocky Mountain ATV MC hey guys yep I just bought my kid a new yz 85, it's his first bike with a clutch so hes pretty pumped, I just set the sag last night by watching your video on it so thanks. Yea ot would be awesome if you ever did do a video on it but I understand there is so many bikes its hard to cover them all

The top speed on these bikes is around 40-50 mph.

Does it automatically shift gears or do we have to switch gears manually
The KLX110 has a shift lever that you have to use to change gears but there is no clutch to pull in. The KLX110L is manual and does have a clutch lever.

I need help, from an experience worker, I called and need help with cables, the guy was the worst customer service ever, he could not help me at all... so how can we order if your guys, can not even answer questions or help with cables
Does it work with mixgas
Are you asking if you have to mix the gas? If so, no you do not mix gas on this bike. The KLX110 is a four stroke so you will use regular gasoline in the gas tank and there will be a separate spot to fill for your oil.
can you put a clutch on the klx 110 not the 110l
There are a few different options to put manual clutch kits on the KLX110. Unfortunately, we don't sell any but if you do a search online you can find them.

If you have the stock exhaust on you can make sure the baffle is installed and there is fresh muffler packing. Other than that, there is not much you can do to make the bike quieter.
If I did this could it be possible to ride it in the woods near a small neighborhood?

Of course! The 110 is a very popular pit bike for riders of all sizes. But it also depends on what you're using it for. But yes, a kid larger than Owen could easily ride this bike.

You should be a good fit for this bike! At 4:25 we show a 10 year old on this bike to give you an idea of how you would fit depending on your height.
