Can this type rod using for light jig and slow pitch?I'm in decided with solpara Tai rod pe 0.6-1.0 Or solpara light jig 0.8-1.5Wanna make super light jig set up

I've seen the same exact lure, but the head won't slide. Kabura jig if not mistaken. Is there an a difference or advantage of having a sliding head?
